So, all chick-fil-A are not created equal. I swear this location must have hired the Micky D’s rejects. They don’t pay attention to you while ordering, you have to asked for ketchup, straws and dipping sauce. I mean totally opposite from the Chik-fil-A across town. I only gave them 1 star because heck it was open

Thinking I could escape the 2hr+ wait times at the NYC location, I pulled over on my way to Augusta for a quick trip to Chick-fil-A. Oh how I was wrong… this place was packed too. Ok, just the drive-through, but still, the line was wrapped AROUND the entire building and was actually blocking people who already received their food from leaving the parking lot. #wowza Pulling a power move (as usual), I waited for a few min and then parked in a spot and walked inside… where there was literally no line. Win. The inside of this place is typical fast food /Chick-fil-A style — clean and new, but nothing special. In the end, my order was correct, cost under $ 9 and was handed to me in just a few minutes. A solid fast food experience. Do it.

Great food and service. The cashier was helpful and attentive. The food was hot and typical quality for a Chik-fil-a. Also, the place was impeccably clean. I would recommend to all!

Relatively fast and friendly service. I’ve only had an issue here once or twice in the past. The location is convenient for me whether I’m in the area for the mall or on my commute to work or home. I’m a fan of pretty much all of the items on the menu. It’s too early for a milkshake (cookies and cream) which is my all time fave! I’m grabbing a quick bite for breakfast right now as I head in to work. I’m sure just about everyone has tried Chickfila. If you haven’t, are you human? Lol

Slowest fast food service I’ve ever received. I’ve been several times and have always waited between 15 – 20 minutes for an order. I’m done with this Chick-fil-A.

It was an interesting experience honestly. Entire order was wrong and its a real tragedy that the cashier simply wasn’t listening, because she got the sandwich and drink and fries order wrong. Then it took almost 15 minutes to get another sandwich… At which point I had to get a manager involved because apparently the grill cooks were restarting an entire batch of chicken order and noone decided to tell me.
To the managers credit she did end up refunding the order but that honestly didn’t make up for all the time wasted and the bad service from the cashier. I get that it seemed to be a young staff and that’s why I’m still offering 2 stars… Because service is about learning

Fantastic excellent service, just left the place and had to Unilocal!I’m already a Chik Fil A fan but this afternoon experience made it that much better! The manager lady was courteous to help me with my food to the car wow! Big ups to her, I’m from the west coast and have never had that offered anywhere! I will be coming back most definetley, and yeah the chicken was awesome as always! Already lovin Atlanta.

This Chick-Fil-A free-standing store is outside the mall parking lot beside Rooms-to-Go. I’m always fascinated at how consistent each location is as I travel throughout Georgia for work. I think having a working operator/owner in the business and actually working in the store makes a huge difference. This drive thru can get very busy from the nearby offramp of I-20 traffic, but as all Chick-Fil-A’s do, they move you thru very quickly. I use this location for food tray’s for my nearby customers and they do an exceptional job of having the food on time and maintaining consistency on all my orders. I haven’t experienced any problems at this location and they will continue get my business, my customers love Chick-Fil-A.

Nice location! They have a Chick-Fil-A in the mall but the prices were 50 cents more for the sandwich! I’ve never seen that before, so we decided to just leave the mall and eat here. The employees were nice like they normally are at Chick-Fil-A. The nuggets and sandwich tastes great and this location was super clean.
