First off, I want to say these older Unilocal reviews almost made me cancel my order but when I called and spoke to the manager at the store (I think she was the manager?) she proudly stated that she and her staff stand by their products. Impressed by her enthusiasm, I went ahead and ordered a fruit bouquet for my mother.
My mom loved it, said the fruit was delicious and fresh — and these guys changed my delivery date easily and quickly when I wanted to change it. I also received a follow up call letting me know it was delivered. My mom is super happy and I am a happy customer. Maybe previous management was bad for the other Unilocalers but currently this place is great!

Terrible customer service. I have tried this location twice and they can’t simply deliver an item correctly either time. They are rude and unprofessional. I use various locations to purchase the arrangements and this one is terrible.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. I won’t even go into it but they need help. On another note the strawberries I ordered were not fresh I only ate two of the 12. I won’t be back!

I secretly wanted to order a basket of chocolate-dipped strawberries for moi… but I remembered that ’tis better to give than receive (well, in most cases… ahem).
So one of my best friends is really sweet, and deserved a nice treat for the bridal shower we threw her. I have to thank the Edible consultant I spoke with over the phone. She helped me select the appropriate size for the number of ladies we expected to show up that night. She even helped us pull off the surprise delivery — with a cheerful attitude, to boot.
I liked the original «party» basket, because there are a variety of fruits for all to enjoy. For those who didn’t like chocolate (yeah, right…), there were plenty of berries left over for the newlyweds to enjoy later.
