The worst service ever! We waited an hour for our food. When asked what’s going on the manager (who was completely dense) told us there’s a lot of orders. Bullcrap!We watched people come in and order and walk out with food.Ms. Dummy who claims she was the manager failed to put our order in. I’ve heard this place sucked, and now I know first hand that it does. I will never go there again!
How bad do you really want wings? Not worth the crappy service not wait.

Place has a funny smell. Floor was so sticky one of my shoes stuck to it. The tennis balls on the bottom of the chair legs are more black than yellow (just dirty). I picked my order up anyway. The lemon pepper wings and fries were okay. Because of the condition in front I was concerned about the condition of the kitchen. I will not go back. I’ll go to the one in Union City when I go to my sister’s house. Place is cleaner, wings taste better and the prices are lower.

Now I remember why I don’t come here. It ain’t nothing special about it. Can’t split the sauce on a 10 piece, there are no set prices on the drinks «round about 10 or round about 12» is what she said. And who charges for ranch and blue cheese with Hot Wings? As far as the server… you want to get a less than favorable review from me? Send me a waitress who treats me like we familiar and cool. Don’t do that? I need you to act like I still need to be serviced, not like I can walk back there and get it myself. It feels like that Tostitos commercial where they were serving chips and dip in that couples apartment.

My family and I visited this location on yesterday and we were the only ones in there and it took the 45 min to bring our food. We didn’t order much, lemon pepper, honey bbq, then when they brought the wings out they got the order mixed up… customer service was awful even with the mgr… In which he had his little girl there, he had order pizza and she was in the lobby eating the pizza. .it was a mess, I try so hard to support my own… but sometimes they need to step up the game…

Idk if I was just super hungry but my wings and fries were good! I was there last time for a meet up groups meet and greet with a friend for her birthday. My food came out fresh and hot! I ate most of my fries without Ketchup which says a lot to me. I can only do that if the fries are just right. The lemon pepper wings were so go! I’ve been thinking about them all morning. I might have to stop in today and get a to go order just to see if it was hunger last night or good food lol.

The absolute worst! Incompetence is prevalent… starting with management. Don’t waste your time. Just stop a Zaxby’s or even Publix… I f u want to avoid headache.

First off we get here super early to just pick up some food to go once to go and I kid you not we were sitting there for 2 hours and because they had a DJ who was playing pretty good music it made the situation a little more tolerable. The shit hit the fan when we start seeing other people walk in and out with food and all we kept getting for an excuse is we are working on it, a little bit annoying needless to say. We got here at 945 and wow It’s 1140ish… what the f***, again i wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog.
