Pizza Hut

Only problem is, they always look closed. We passed this place several times because the KFC place next door is boarded up and this location is not shaped like the other Pizza Huts. It’s shaped liked Pizza Hut was 20 or more years ago, when you could eat inside like a restaurant. Good food, but perhaps they should remodel?

Worst location EVER. Pizza Hut is my fave pizza but I haven’t ever really had that much luck with their customer service. The workers seem to treat you as though they are doing you a favor and you’re a nuisance. No. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the pizza.
I tried to order a few pies online for my mom’s birthday shindig. The app basically rejected my order so I called in at this location. Now I ordered 3 of the medium $ 5 1-​topping pizzas and my order came to $ 16.05. When I talked to the employee taking my order she came up with a total of almost $ 20! And when I asked why it costs so much she told me it’s different in store and went on about how she added a pizza and it came up to $ 8 and then she added the promo and added another coupon and two more pizzas and it came up to $ 27 and then another promo and it came up to $ 20. Huh? How in THE world did your math pan out. I was frustrated and couldn’t understand why she, a Pizza Hut employee couldn’t add the correct item with actual Pizza Hut computer screen in her face when I could online. No promo code was even needed. So I called another nearby location and got someone else to take my order and she came up with the same price I had. Smh plus the location in person is not the best. I thought I’d give the benefit of the doubt. Why? I don’t even know.

So, I signed up for Hut Lovers exclusively for the free cheese sticks and surprise surprise. They were dry and overcooked. You get what you pay for, I guess. The pizza I ordered wasn’t much better. I ordered it with the cheese bites crust for the first and last time. You could barely call them bites, as they were very sloppy. I’ve learned my lesson. Stick to Papa Johns.

Well damm such bad reviews, I don’t know maybe it was just the right day but my pizzas were so good! 3÷2÷15 Jumped on that online deal medium pizza unlimited toppings $ 7 carryout great deal. Pizza Hut has stepped it up with the crust flavor options and sauce so good. Toppings were to the edge piled. Greeted by a gentlemen at the front, looked like he was in a super hurry to run back and make the pizzas. I don’t care for the corny greeting, it’s a pizza hut, hand it over already. Parking is spacious. I will be back.

The one star is actually a negative. Obviously with all the bad reviews Pizza Hut doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. It doesn’t matter what location service and food is always horrible! Placed my order on line and the driver called me saying she couldn’t find my address. And was taking the order back. I called the store and they were immature and very rude! They told me I didn’t know my own address. I tried to keep my composure because I didn’t want them to do anything to my food. So I give detailed instructions on how to get to my house. The driver still goes to the same place that was wrong. Finally get my cold pizza but didn’t get the wings I ordered and they are on my receipt. I called and spoke to a manager who told me I didn’t order them. He was rude as well. I asked to speak to someone over him and he told me there was no one over him. It was only $ 8 and don’t care about that but it’s the whole principal and places like Pizza Hut not understanding that because of our business they have an income. I know they do not care but I will starve to death before I ever order anything from any Pizza Hut again. Thankfully they are not the only option.

If a negative 10 stars were available I would have given that! I mean there isn’t actually a score low enough! I ordered 2 pizzas online, they arrived, I paid and tipped. Open my pizza, could barely get it out the box bc it was literally mush, even though I went out of my way to say WELL DONE! This wasn’t done by any stretch of the imagination, let alone well done. I called, the cashier was ghetto and rude. She actually had the audacity to tell me delivery wasn’t avail anymore so I’d have to come pick up the pizzas that THEY messed up!!! I spoke to the manager Crystal who apologized for my pizza being «lightskinned» and said the dough was not prepped properly the night before. (Seriously??) then she also proceeded to tell me I had to pick up the pizzas which was NOT abt to happen after I PAID for delivery and THEY messed up my pizzas!?? She then advised me that my pizzas would arrive within an hour. The pizzas came in an hour and a half actually. Once the driver handed me the box I asked him if they were a «large» in which he said YES! but they were MEDIUMS! I paid for 2 LARGE! annnnnd to top it all off they were still undercooked!!! I called the manager Crystal back and informed her of the mistake AGAIN! She advised me that she didn’t look at my previous order so she just «assumed» I had mediums? Like how does that work? I’m so confused! And it was «Her bad» and she still doesn’t know why it kept coming out «light skinned «and blamed the evening prep. I then asked her if she was going to credit me for the mess that has taken place and she proceeds to tell me that she just sent me two free pizzas? I didn’t receive 2 free pizzas I paid 26.75 plus a tip for my pizzas that THEY messed up! Had they not messed it up there would have never been a need to remake anything. On top of that I still received mediums not what I paid for! And they were still undone! She only offered to credit me $ 10 for the nearly 4 hours I’ve been dealing with this only to end up with some undone pizzas smh. I advised her that id be contacting corporate which I have. That credit will sit, bc I will not be ordering here ever.

Ugh. I don’t know why I keep ordering from this crappy place. Oh, I know why: limited delivery choices and they are probably banking on that fact to keep the lights on. Here’s the more constructive issues with this joint.,
I ordered waffle fries with the pizza to just get over the amount needed to get the delivery. When I think waffle fries, I’m thinking chic-​fi-​lay style goodness. What I got was «ass in a box»; burnt, nasty pieces of bricks that looked more like bullet holes than waffles.
I’m adding a picture of that hot mess if I can dig them out the trash.
But it’s not the first time they messed up orders. Prior adventures with this place always included at least one messed up order where it was returned, or they forgot something or their slow asses dragged out simple orders and still had the nerve to get it wrong.
If I ever needed inspiration to cook more, a Pizza Shack in Lithonia was it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE RESTAURANT. If anyone with authority over this location reads this please investigate, go under cover and see for yourself.
The culprit is a lady named Tonya (GM)She needs training in regards to professionalism, courtesy, respect, empathy, problem solving, deescalation, and the rest of the skills needed to be a GM in a successful business.
Check the sales, was it really that busy on a Monday night? Maybe since it’s Monday night football? But let’s be honest what properly qualified GM doesn’t know how to manage the volume on a typical MNF night?
The order was incorrect
Received incorrect order an hour and a half after order was placed
Incorrect order arrived cold
What would a person in Tonya’s position do?

Refused to refund
Refused to send new food
Refused to provide a credit
Spoke rudely
Hung up in our face
Ignored our repeated attempts to reconnect with her
Told us to interrupt her district manager at home while she was eating dinner with her family
What a sad situation
The district manager provided a refund the next day

Stay away from the place! I ordered a pizza and wings from here and ask for delivery and will not be doing this again. The delivery took hour and a half, my name, address and phone number was all incorrect. I am thankful for the delivery driver to take it upon himself to figure out the correct street number when he got to my subdivision. One more thing the food was not good.

Do not go to this location!!! Staff unprofessional, rude and very ghetto. If you complain theyll offer you a 2 Liter drink just to shut you up. Ive been to this location in the past and music can be heard from the kitchen area blasting explicit lyrics and employees cussing like sailors. If you ask for a manager youll be waiting, manager will not come from back to assist unhappy customer. As of 2÷28÷14 their Health Dept score is 88. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

Um… the pizza was fine but something about the restaurant just rubs me wrong. I waited a long time for someone to help me at the counter, even though, I was the only person in their. The cashier wasn’t rude or anything but … *shrugs*
I’ll have to try it again next time I’m in town to see if I can pinpoint the issue or write a better review.

If negative stars where available I would use them for this location. Employees are rude and management refuses to take customer complaints seriously. I had to involve the help of our delivery driver to actually correct our order because management was not taking anything seriously.
