Very slow service and the food isn’t that great… Tables needed to be cleaned and the floor needed to be vacuumed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We went to this restaurant at the last minute because it’s close to our house. Before I really get into my review I want to give our waitress the benefit of the doubt. We had to ask for napkins twice! And by the time she brought them we were finish with our meal. Speaking of the high priced entrées which shouldn’t be a called entrée at all! I never once even got a refill on tea (even though I asked)…then we ordered dessert… the waitress never gave me a chance to order the third dessert because she walked away so quickly. When she came back I told her what I wanted, she nodded and again walked away while I was talking. Needless to say… I won’t go back to this restaurant. It’s to many other restaurants in this city to patronize. And to make the whole experience even worse, she not once even said sorry or even tried to even make up for the long wait! Oh… and revise your menu… you no longer serve pulled pork!

Food comes out cold. Salad bar attendant was nice. I will not return to this location because of the cool temperatures of the food that is supposed to be hot. Asked for food to be warmed up and it was returned cold! Service is slow but pleasant.

Server was terrible. My food came out cold (New Orleans dinner) and I couldn’t find my server. Finally, I found my server and I had to call her over. She was giggling behind the bar and our drinks were empty. She took my food and left. She didn’t come back and say anything. She just went back behind the bar and giggle some more. Her other table was complaining. I’m a server and this service was the worst. FYI: putting your salad at the end of the table = i’m done, you may take it. She needs more training or go work at McDonald’s where they don’t give 0 f***s

I’m Impressed! I came in, sat at the bar, and felt right at home. The bartender was so kind and welcoming. I can’t account for every night at Ruby’s, but I’m very impressed by the cleanliness and the great customer service of the establishment. Again the bartender is making sure her area is clean and that every customer is satisfied. I will come back again!!!

Worst place ever. Health rate was 85 B. One of the violation was the employee don’t wash there hands. How you work with people food and don’t wash your hands. I walked out. Totally unacceptable!

I will never come back to this Ruby Tuesdays… we waited for over an hour just for all of our appetizers to show up. When we were seated we ordered three appetizer dishes and received them separately with the last appetizer coming to the table after an hr wait. We had to keep asking the waitress when it was coming since she never came to the table to keep us informed on her own. The place was not even packed.
This had to be the slowest service I have ever had. I will never return to this place. Cecilia was very very slow and not a great waitress.

UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. Terrible service, workers ignore cleaning tables after diners leave. I was seated besides a table with dirty dishes and trash on the table for 44 minutes before the hostess cleaned the table after I complained twice. Workers had passed by it several times wirhou t cleaning it… management acted as if they didn’t care… it’s a shame I have to d travel to f the Northside of the city to get good customer sercixe.

I’m a resident of Lithonia, and just wanted to get out of the house for a few with my Husband for a burger.
This is a very small Ruby Tuesday’s. The health score is currently an 81, I ALWAYS look at that first.
We visited this past Saturday night, we were seated quickly, however it took us 15 – 20 minutes to get our drink and appetizer order taken… by a Manager. The section we sat in was quite small, after about 30 minutes (still no appetizer, just water) our server arrives without introducing herself at all and quickly took our order.
Overall, she seemed overwhelmed, confused amd novice. A busy Saturday night is NOT a good time to train a new server.
Finally, out food came out it was correct!
Not one refill on our beverages even after we asked, TWICE. The mother/​daughter couple who sat across from us received the same bad service.

i get more drink and food special to get the crowd in there and more experience waitresses…

Our «bartender» «Christina» a was horribly terrible server. She was not attentive at all. We ordered drinks… she forgot them and then came back and asked us do we want to order drinks. WTF? That was the beginning of the end. She forgot our food, plates, mixed our drinks up, etc… (to much to list) and never ever said my bad. The manager (Kevin) was not much better. I would rather drive to the other side of town for better customer service vs being treated with no consirderation or respect on my side. SMH

I love this Ruby Tuesdays food is always good… drinks are good and service is always great. every time I dine in a manager walks by and ask how is everything… I also like the the atmosphere a lot of friendly people come to dine and unwind.

I’m only giving this four stars because my server was awesome! Any other time I go to this location it’s the worst! This time was great, but my food was the worst! Lol!
My girlfriend had the pretzel burger and she loves it every time we go here. I had the chicken pasta. Which tasted like a frozen bag of pasta. It was the worst, but my server who is named Alexis I think was the best!
