IN AND OUT!
I loved shopping in this store this morning. It did not seem as large or as stocked as my home store in Alpharetta, but it still had a nice selection of items. One of the challenges of visiting a different store is just trying to understand the layout. This one had a very confusing layout with items in unexpected areas. Never the less, we found a nice little convection oven, a 48 pack of batteries and our favorite cleaning solution, all at great prices! I will say that I thought that the paper products just too a major price jump. I have always felt that the paper products, (paper towels, toilet paper) were overpriced which is why I purchase these items at BJ’s clut.
The store was clean and orderly and when it was apparent that the line was getting too long, a new line was opened. Instead of just opening up a line and calling people over, the employee should have announced next in line which is the fair way of handling business. We were still able to get checked out in an efficient manner.

Great customer service. I approached an associate inquiring about a particular item. She went out of her way to ensure I found what I needed and was satisfied with my selections.

Gotta love the tremendous amount of food samples you get just walking into this spot. I went into to purchase some small items but love the fact that this wholesale clubs give you big savings [on some things]. It is wise to shop around but on some of the smaller items I get, I find that this is the place to go to stretch my dollar. I hate the fact that they don’t take coupons. The concession stand where you can get pizza and hot dogs really have great prices. The cashier, Lisa A, today was super friendly. I’m amazed at how they slug those items from line into the cart. Store seems always clean and food is fresh.

The gas prices are awesome. The cheapest around. Customer service is their biggest downfall.

The place has great parking. The inside is just like costco were you buy things in bulk. The prices are cheaper (IMO) but they dont provide as many things. The layout of this place is also a bit confusing. Their is no one on the floor to help you. The cashier was a bit slow and seemed like she didnt enjoy her job. Perhaps it was just a bad day for her (?). All in all i would come back to this place only because of its proximity and cheaper prices. Cheers!

Poor customer service in automotive. I called and asked if they have a battery in stock for my year, make and model. They put me on hold to check and came back and said yes. I get here 15 min. later and they don’t have it in stock.
