worst zaxby’s i ever been to!
i ordered a house zalad. and not only did the girl gave me the wrong order after I asked her «what did you say». took forever to receive my food which was like 4 piece of lettuce and grilled chicken… it wasn’t a salad and it was more like someone took half of it. terrible
UPDATE 1÷30÷2016 — I returned because I was hungry after getting off work and I don’t know any other locations. I don’t know why I did this to myself. I ordered the sandwich and got tenders with a half tossed fries (only half was seasoned) and toast. Not, what I ordered… i’m picking it up to take a bite and realized it’s not a sandwich. I also got a zaxbys salad. asked for it to be tossed in wimpy sauce (the chicken) and I done this before, but this girl Kaylon C didn’t understand what I asked for. I went to my car and realized it’s not tossed. I walked back in and asked for the sauce she said its 25 cents… NO, I asked you for it to be tossed and she said «oh it’s not tossed» *side eye emoji*. they gave me a tiny cup of sauce… this place makes me dislike Zaxby’s. just because I was exhausted and decided to go there. These people do half ass work and it shows.
If you love zaxby’s please travel to a different location. I’m no longer giving this place another chance… ZERO stars

I usually love Zaxby’s, recently moved to the area. I decided to stop and order wings on my way home from work. Sloooooow service, like 15 – 20 minutes in the drive through, to make it even worse, my food was cold. I will not be returning.

Ok. Aside from the fact that this was Christmas Eve, everyone was in a rush. I felt they were rushed to take my order so they could close early. Barely a greeting. Barely anything. My food was ok. But I’m giving this review what I received in person. Barely anything. I wish we took the extra time to go the the Stonecrest location, but we were famished.

On my first visit, they told me they did not have any chicken tenders after waiting for 10+ minutes in the drive through line. How does Zaxbys of all places not have chicken tenders?! I just drove off. On my next visit, I ordered spicy fried mushrooms with my wings and she said okay at the speaker, but later told me that they did not have any mushrooms at the window. Then, after changing my order to onion rings she still proceeded to charge me an additional $ 2.50 (for the original order of mushrooms) when there is no upcharge for onion rings. She attempted to «pull me up,» as I had to now wait for them to cook an order of onion rings. As she was talking to the manager about my refund, I suppose, my food came up, and it was STILL the wrong order. I ordered a traditional wing meal w/​tounge torch sauce on the side. My wings were sweet and spicy w/​the sauce on the wings. The line was wrapped around the building, so I just decided to go in to get my refund and my order straight, as a few people had already pulled off, and the person in front of was at the window for 5+ minutes. The manager promptly apologized and corrected my order. The food was good, as usual, but my God.

The food is not bad but the people who work there are very scary. I’ve found an object in my salad and yesterday I was given a kids bag for my purchase. I honestly believe the people who work there came straight out of prison.

This is the worst Zaxbys in the state. They run out of food frequently and if they actually have food it is burned or missing something.

The fried chicken zalad was HORRIBLE today lettuce wilted, chicken burnt, tomatoes we’re just plain scary. Might be my last time!
