This place, by far has the best value for your dollar. They use large chickens and the portions are generous. Taste is always consistent.
The only downside is they aren’t always prepared for the dinner time rush. Tonight I managed to be in and out in about 5 minutes. Other times I have waited as long as 20 minutes for chicken to be cooked.
Staff is mainly high school kids, they are always friendly.

I like Chicken E. They do what they do right! Chicken is juicy and crispy, the corn nuggets are the best! Rolls are like dessert. If you want great tenders, you will get them here. If you are looking for fine dining, umm, keep rolling.
They have remodeled a bit and repaired the drive thru. this place!

Awesome new management, new interior with strong focus on customer service and excellent product. The new manager goes way above and beyond to ensure your are happy. Very pleasant experience last night right before closing. Fast, fresh, awesome food. you would have thought we were the first customer of the day.
We will definitely be back.

They got new owners! Everything is remodeled, store is clean, fast… Incredibly fast service! Management is friendly and workers seem happier. They deserve a 10!

This location the food was horrible. I believe this particular Chicken Express is privately owned. I ordered a chicken meal for my buddy and a gizzard meal for myself and the food was awful. The chicken and gizzard had no seasoning, the fries were greasy, and the sweet bun was awful. I will never have a meal from this location!

I love this place! Been going here since I moved here in 06. Food is amazing 4⁄5 times. Hot wings are a must have! Always amazing! And those frys!!! :) employees are young but work hard. Place is always spotless.

Service is slooowww. They don’t greet u when u walk in and my chicken tenders were COLD ON BOTH VISITS. The order takers are NOT FRIENDLY, & I won’t be returning. Oh, and don’t go through the drive thru because you can expect to wait 15 minutes at the window. Normally, drive thru customers are a priority, not here. I gave my entire meal today to my dog, she didn’t mind the cold tenders and over cooked fries one bit!

Haven’t been in more than a year because the last time I went involved waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru only to find that my order wasn’t even ready when I got to the window (Yes you may ask why I even waited that long but lesson learned). Needless to say I did not wait any longer. If you really want Chicken Express, all of the others I have been to are far superior.
