Monarch Dental

I WAS a patient for almost 2 years.
Just called to make an appointment for my daughter to find out the dentist no longer worked there.
Really? My dentist also left there about 4 months ago.
Something is terribly wrong if the staff no longer works there.
Unprofessional…no notice of a possible change in Dr. They called me the day before my appointment to tell me they had to cancel.

Awesome Dr’s and they speak to you by your first name. Awesome work and they work with you to receive the best services they have to offer. Highly recommended!

X-​rays and exam this morning for my husband and I both and an afternoon cleaning. Thanks again for everything. I’m glad we found you!

Not impressed! No cleaning for new patients on the first visit! Excuse: We don’t know how bad your teeth are, so we need to examine them first. Pffft! How about schedule time for a «normal» clean and if it’s going to take extra time, THEN reschedule. This is a tactic so they can get another office visit payment out of your insurance. The dentist, Dr. T.P., spent less than 30 seconds on the exam! My exam consisted of me opening my mouth, him taking a look with his mirror, and then me «biting down» to check for alignment. He did not use any of his instruments to probe the crevasses of my teeth for decay. Most incomplete dental exam I’ve ever had! I called my insurance as soon as I got home to complain and change my primary care dentist. I definitely do not recommend Monarch for your dental care.

They might be very good but I wouldn’t know because they can’t seem to understand what an appointment is. They kept my wife waiting for over 2 hours, and I walked out after 1 hour. Plus they aren’t open after 5 for those of us who work.

Been going here for a couple years now. Staff always is very friendly, explains everything well, and doesn’t leave you waiting. Just met the Dentist who replaced Dr. Bader. Seems like a real nice guy.
