Chili’s

Catastrophic!!! Very very low quality and small portions! All their food is pre made they just reheat and serve!!! Their chips is so thin and loaded with fat!!! I ordered a medium done rib eye smoked steak and get dry piece of meat with no taste!!! Totally waste of time and money!!!

Just ordered take out from here. Simple grilled chicken salad. The chicken was old rubbery and disgusting. And the parts of the chicken that weren’t rubbery were extremely mushy and just not the texture grilled chicken should be. They should make their food fresh. Especially a salad! Waste of money. Chili’s is definitely not what it used to be. And not to mention I have a stomach ache from trying to eat the old ass chicken. Never again.

I was there a couple of weeks ago, After I finish a day of work around 10:30,I ordered from the lighter menu, 6oz sirloin avocado medium rare, unfortunately it made my night, the meat it looks that if it was placed in the microwave on top of that it was very well done to the point that the steak was burnt, cover with some sort of spring mix, I told the server that I didn’t want it and I gave her the reason why, a couple of minutes later the manager came in, very polite though but he told me that the server didn’t understand the temperature that I wanted, but she repeated the order, even though she didn’t use any book to write it down, but anyway I’m the type of customer That I usually don’t complain, I just don’t come back, the star that gave to this location its just for the drinks, I work in the restaurant business myself.

I return to this restaurant because of both the excellent service from both Natalie and Sam in the bar area, as well as their Santa Fe Chicken Salad (I could eat this salad every day and never get sick of it!). Natalie and Sam have mastered how to be attentive servers without being intrusive. Love happy hour Sunday’s!

The food is ok, the service is terrible.
The waiter started off the afternoon by spilling soda on the table. Instead of cleaning it up, he walked away. When asking him for napkins, he looked irritated and tossed some napkins on the table. Didn’t even try to clean up his mess.
Appetizers came out with main course. Who does that? Soup had bacon when we asked for no bacon. Waiter didn’t even apologize. I had a really bad stomach ache after eating the chicken Cajun pasta — in hindsight it looked and tasted kind of stale. Horrendous and incompetent wait staff, will not return to this location and you shouldn’t try it either. The Taco Bell next door is a better option.

NEVER have I ever had such a bad server! I wonder if Chilli’s Drug Tests their employees before hiring them…

Just to say the least, my server was literally on drugs. She was very odd when taking our orders, so loud and obnoxious. Also the few times she was around I noticed she was having body spasms, literally twitching. I was very irritated with the way she was acting, it was not normal. I tried to be nice and not make her look bad. I could of asked for a manager right there and then but I did not. But apparently she was not happy with her gratuity at all. I went outside to take a phone call and the people I was there with were walking out and behind their backs (I was seeing this from the outside window) she shook her head, waved the few dollars that we left her back and forth in front of her face, and gave them dirty looks. And then she noticed me watching her and then she vanished. You can’t expect a good tip when your serving skills suck. And we could of also not left her anything so for her to act that way was really unprofessional. I’m sure the other people in there saw her doing that. But anyways never again will I step into THIS Chili’s.

Never returning to this Chili’s maybe any Chili’s again. We got a waitress that was definitely on some drug last night, super dopey, spaced out and stumbling around. She has no sense of what customer service is. She honestly made me, my sisters and nephew very uncomfortable. Best part of the night was that we got seated in under 5 minutes. But that’s not the only thing you go to a restaurant for. If I wanted and attitude with my meal I’d just stop at any McDonald’s. I was charged for some shrimp I never got and had o remind her TWICE to remove it from our check. Also, if you’re not actually going to play any games on the tablets they have on the tables, do not even wake the thing up. They’ll charge you even if you didn’t use it. So after a night and meal of uncomfortable vibes and really no customer service, our waitress DARED get upset and give us nasty look when we only tipped her according to her very shitty service. Listen, if you want someone to tip you well you have to earn it. I’m not dishing my hard earned money to someone who doesn’t deserve it.

Great food and friendly staff. Beats Applebee’s on all points. Love the shop at this location. Recommend if you are in the area. Awesome food and ice cold drafts.

Worst service ever. Takes forever to even get seated let alone service. Also they decided to replace human beings with computers at the table thinking it would make things «easier» but really they just cut their staff down to save money and in turn cut the quality of the entire dining experience. Used to come here all the time but now I’ll never be back.

Stopped there for dinner. I ordered a medium steak… It was horribly overly well done. It was like a beef jerky. I was afraid to say anything since there were young kids who regularly work there… and I was afraid they would do something to the steak. My wife ordered the Fajitas which were burnt. A lot of black burnt pieces of beef. We even paid extra to have beef instead of chicken. They don’t tell you that there is an upcharge to change from chicken to steak. They make it seem like it was either chicken or beef with the same price. My son ordered ribs which looked like someone’s elses castaway ribs… no meat. Used to enjoy a rare meal there. Will never be bringing my family there again.

My husband and I came here a few months and couldn’t wait to bring the kids so tonight we decided to make it a Chile’s night and the kids are loving it

Ok so I haven’t been here in awhile. I can now say why. My margarita was good can’t say bad things about my drink. The waiter was nice but had to be reminded of a couple of things. The amount of meat on the rib and shrimp combo was a joke it wasn’t enough meat to feed my cats (have 2) I would rather get charged an upgrade fee then leave my husband hungry and he’s not a big eater. The portion of the fajita went down also guess I gotta find a new place.

The new Chilis menu is really quite good. The bowls and tacos/​enchiladas/​tostadas are all really fresh tasting. The price and portions are just right.
Please don’t change this menu! It’s a winner.
I also love sitting in the bar area with the team of wait staff, I seem to never wait long for anything. Always great service.
As long as there isn’t a wait more then 10 min. for a table I will be back.
The lunch deals are better then any fast food place «nearby» too!

I enjoyed my experience.
1) Got the 2 for 20 dollars deal. Basically one appetizer and two entrees.
2) Also got the chili bowl, which was excellent.
3) The service was good.

The servers need to listen to what you order as our lunch wasn’t what we ordered and one dish was cold. When ordering water for both, only one glass was brought. Food was good once reheated.
They have a lot of choices and their menu[s] is/​are confusing. An alarming amount of inserts and too many options without a signature dish — no brand recognition.

This place was awesome. They happy hour started a little early and we loved that. The staff was attentive and even showed us how to use the new technology in the Place. Everything arrived quickly. There was not enough space on the table so the cook came out himself and stated that he would keep the food warm for us. It was great to see such team work. The environment was clean and the food was delicious. The drinks were phenomenal and we keep them coming. The queso dip was perfect and the chips were fresh and not stale. I would return any day!

I give it 5 stars. Awesome way of entertaining my kids while waiting for our food. We played Trivia on the Ziosk. It was great to order our appetizer without having to talk to a waitress. We order additional food and the food came in faster than in any other restaurant… Way to go Chillis… We also paid our bill on this machine… love it!!!

Favorite casual restaurant ever. The staff is always super nice and actually remember me when I go again. The food is always great and can’t go wrong with their margaritas :) my go to place for a casual date night with my boyfriend or with a friend. Love the environment

Chili’s is chili’s
always consistent, food is ok for chain food. They do have pretty good drinks (although I have not had one here in a while)
My one gf loves to meet here for lunch as she has a pretty bad cheese addiction.
I like this location as it doesn’t get that busy
