HORRIBLE. I purchased a boutonnière for my brother’s prom night. The rose was obnoxiously humongous. It broke off while he was seated en route. I went to the florist the following day w/​the broken boutonnière & pictures showing the mishap. She was totally unaccommodating & unapologetic. I’ve never dealt with any business with such a callous attitude towards a paying customer; Very snarky.
**When I commented how embarrassing & untimely it was (he wasn’t even able to take ANY photos properly accented), her reply was a mere shrug,“I can’t be responsible for what happens.” Oh. Really? Multiple excuses for the malfunction were given, but no responsibility taken.**
I would NEVER recommend anyone going here if you want work of any quality. I’m taking my business elsewhere & recommend you do the same.
If I could, I’d give them ZERO stars.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

One word… pathetic. Had a wedding and they wanted to know when they could get into the building and a time was agreed on. They showed up 50 minutes later after I had to call asking where they were and reminding them when the ceremony started so they wouldn’t be around for pre-​ceremony pics. Individual then is hemming and hawing about issues with flower placement, etc., even though bride took and sent pictures. It would have been good if they came and saw the venue rather than assume… their fault.
Completely unprofessional to let someone wait over 50 minutes to arrive. Complete disregard for others times and schedules… totally disrespectful.
If they are cheaper than others, there’s a good reason. Go with someone else if your event is important and you want a level of professionalism that this florist can’t deliver.
