Good and clean! The cash register attendant ordered the wrong item for me and when the dish came out I asked if they could get me the right one — no hesitation and they came right out with the dish I wanted! Great service!

The cashier was nice and the food got ready relatively quickly. I ordered pick two menu of soba noodle with peanut sauce salad and Thai chicken flatbread. I though flatbread will be similar to panini but it’s more like a pita bread. The soba noodle salad… It shouldn’t be called a salad. There’s barely any green. I wasn’t happy with the meal I ordered, but I know from my previous experience at Panera, their Asian sesame chicken salad and Fuji Apple salad are excellent. There’s lots of parking spaces and tables for the customers to sit. The noise level was somewhat quiet. Overall, this place was decent.

This Panera has some of the rudest managers. The employees are also hard to crack a smile out of… As if that’s not annoying enough, I’ve found hair in my overpriced food multiple times. Gross.

like some have said, this is a poorly-managed Panera. it’s close to my house so I am forced to come here often. I am a tea drinker but forced to take coffee since they never refresh their lemon,. the container is pretty gross and lemon looks old and re-used. I often«help them» refresh their supply(throwing into the garbage). sandwiches are often made incorrectly as well, so double check with the cashier and check your bag before you go.

BUSY! Order online in advance. I think I’ve only been to Panera 3 times before and I’ve never seen it this busy. I was ordering for a friend so I wasn’t sure what size she wanted so I got the half.(she actually wanted the whole) so I was able to change the order and pay the difference no problem. The cashier(didn’t get her name) did the transaction promptly and easily. The expo guy John(I see you John) was fast, accurate and didn’t even get phased by the rude lady who came to the counter like «Are there avocados in the salad» he said yes ma’am she said«well there weren’t any in mine. It was very disappointing» and walked away. He tried to apologize to rectify it but she was gone. I don’t understand how/why someone would make such a fuss AFTER their meal is over. What was even the point. But either way John as nice and professional even and got the orders out like he’s been doing it in his sleep. Awesome sauce, great reliable service. My friend was happy with her food which is all that matters!

The manager on duty(female red hair) was very accommodating to the special dietary needs my mother has. She just recently had a heart attack and she has to eat low salt — not only did she look to see which soup had low sodium she took most of the broth out and replaced it with water to reduce it more. I do not think I was ever treated so well anywhere. Thank you for making my stressful day a little better.

The food is good of course, it’s panera. However, the workers do tend to mess up or forget stuff in your order. I’ve asked for no arugula and gotten it in my panini and when I order a to go order with a bread bowl, they often forget to but the bread bowl in the bag. I come home to find it missing and have to go all the way. This has happened to me twice already. And it’s happened to my friends as well. So make sure you check your bag before you leave!

Panera is Panera, what more can I say? The food is good, and the staff(that I’ve encountered are very friendly). Sometimes it can get crowded and noisy, and kids everywhere on their laptops. But overall, its a good location. Definitely come here to fufill your Panera cravings.

Found a piece of plastic about 2 inches long in my brocolli cheddar soup. I told the manager and she could careless, her response«you want a refund on your soup?», not«I’m sorry about this or let me get you a new one», be careful what you’re eating because a little kid could’ve easily choked on this. Disgraceful! Worst panera I have ever been to and possibly the worst manager I have ever come across. Never had anything but pleasent experiences in all the other paneras I visited, this panera is by far the worst.

This is by far the best Panera I’ve been to. Always attentive service. Clean and the food is prepared properly. I go to others and compare how they are lacking compared to this one. They set the standard ! I haven’t seen her in a while but Tiffeny is an on point manager too, she’s helped me out a couple times and I noticed her guiding her staff to keep things moving well! The little things like always stocked hibiscus tea and clean bathrooms set this place apart !

Eh. I ordered the onion soup. It was not very hot and on the salty side. I enjoyed the fact we could stay awhile. It was late in the afternoon. Be careful when you get ice. I must not be only one, because it was wet in the back area where you get tea, soda etc.

There really isn’t a whole lot of unique things to post about Panera Bread. I guess that’s sort of the point of a franchise or chain — you more or less know what to expect. I’ve been frequenting this Panera for years now and had lunch there with a friend a few days ago. Despite the employee turnover, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which to me, means that the manager must be doing a really good job. The place is very neatly kept and the environment is quiet enough that I could sit for a few hours to enjoy a good book. It does get quite crowded during lunch hours on weekdays as well as on weekend mornings. Sometimes you have to keep your eyes peeled for seats that are about to open up. Otherwise, you may have to wait a few minutes. I love the air conditioning as much as the next guy, but it does get quiet cold in here during the summer. It can be refreshing for sure, but if you plan on staying a while, be sure to bring a hoodie or sweater. I give 3 stars for the food(not a big Panera fan) and 4 stars for customer service & cleanliness. TIP: This Panera(much like others) is ensconced in a strip mall with other options. There’s also Five Guys, Chipotle, Pizza, and Chinese. It’s a veritable fast food haven.

The staff here is ridiculous, especially when there’s a line of people. I’ve had experiences where the girl at the register fought me on whether or not a salad came in half size, even after I explained how I had ordered a half size version 2 days ago. The sandwich makers on the line are often very sloppy. I shouldn’t open my breakfast sandwich and find it melted together in a diagonal. I love panera, but many times I avoid coming to this one simply because I can’t deal with the staff. I usually only come here during off hours when they’re not busy. It’s really the only way I get my order correct and neatly made.

The item availability is extremely limited in the evening. Where do I begin… 1) They had no French baguette bread to accompany soups, salads or anything for that matter 2) They ran out of tomatoes, so for sandwiches that require tomatoes… no lycopene 3) I ordered and Asiago steak sandwich on a Demi(the way it normally comes). I opened my sandwich before I left the store to see that the prep crew only put two small pieces of steak on the sandwich(without the usual«weigh the meats process») and guess what else??? No more Demi bread. They offered me two small end pieces of Demi bread which would normally be thrown away, in place of the usual piece of Demi for the sandwich. 4) My daughter ordered a French onion soup. Guess what was missing… the cheese which is an important part of any French Onion soup. I requested to see a manager. When I began to tell him about the absence of steak on my sandwich, he was adamant that the right amount of steak was placed on the sandwich. He stated that all meats a weighed. I informed him that I watched the gentleman reach into the draw and and manually pull pieces of meat out of a larger container. He went to ask the staff. As things would be, he found out that the crew before the current crew did not pre-measure any of the meats. My biggest problem was not that they ran out of key items, but this is a regular thing, anytime you go there after 8:00pm. Another problem that I have is that no one told the customers that these key items were missing BEFORE placing the order.

Sometimes when I’m hungry and don’t have the time to sit in, I would come to this Panera for a quick bite to go. It’s located in a strip mall, along with KFC/Taco Bell, Starbucks, and a few other stores. The parking lot is rather small, and during lunch and dinner, finding a spot can be difficult. Inside, there’s plenty of seating available, with free wi-fi. I really like getting their soups in a bread bowl. or one of their delicious panini, along with their refreshing iced green tea. I don’t really care for their French Onion soup. after 2 experiences, I found it wayyyy too salty. Eww. Dining area is usually clean and maintained well.

Yum yum yum. Very typical Panera, if you’ve been to one before you can expect the same food and service here. Love the location as its easily accessible– it’s at the last stop of the Q30 towards little neck. It’s not the ideal place for studying because the music plays pretty loudly and it doesn’t have a secluded studying spot like the one at Bayterrace does, but I have studied here before and it wasn’t a problem(just pop some headphones on!) Would recommend to a friend and will definitely go with a friend. Yay!

Run of the mill Panera. you either like it or you dont. Gets really busy and crowded at peak times but most of the time it’s pretty good for studying. Coffee isn’t great but I don’t know what I was expecting.

I came here today around lunch time, it’s finals week and I wanted to get some work done while I ate. I could not find the Panera in my wifi connections thing so I asked an employee if they knew if it was working they said they would check and I never saw him again. Fifteen minutes later I ask another employee, she said she would reboot the modem, I never saw her again and no internet. Now if for whatever reason there is a problem just tell me the wifi is currently not working, please don’t make me sit there longer wondering if it will work. I was here last week and I was able to use the wifi for about 20 minutes before it disconnected and again I sought out an employee to ask about it and they told me I should call the trouble shoot hotline for their Internet provider because they don’t know how to fix it… are you serious??? The food is just like any other panera in the area, no better, no worse. It’s high quality fast food and makes a half decent lunch. I started coming here because the Bay Terrace Panera was always so loud and crowded but I’d rather deal with that than the people here. This place sucks.

Your typical Panera. Their foods are frozen from what I heard so I’m sure the flavors don’t vary from one Panera to another. My favorites are their iced green tea and the tomato soup. Another great thing about Panera is the perks of having a Panera card. There are little freebies we get when we go a certain amount of times. The service at this particular location has always been good to me. I’ve seen some not too friendly workers at times but some amazing ones as well. Never had a terrible experience and I’ve been here a lot. Hopefully I won’t have one anytime soon! The parking lot is a huge plus as well but obviously can get pretty crowded during peak hours.
