A Briggs Passport and Visa Expeditors

I was very stressed due to my visa taking longer than expected. I was nervous because It was a possibility I would have to miss my first week of school. I, like any other customer would, checked in every day to check the status of my visa. I called the 800 number which connected me to the most unpleasant, unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with as a consumer. KRISTEN, who answered the phone told me me «I spoke with you before and the answers still the same» I was taken back by her rudeness. I also said my brother used abriggs as well for the same reason, he told me that abriggs can put in a formal inquiry can you please have that done? I was astonished. ASTONISHED, when she said «no» and put me on hold where I stayed for 10 MINUTES before I hung up. This woman should never be allowed a telephone again. What a terrible choice for someone to work in consumer relations. I have lost all my faith in abriggs, and it only took one person to do it, KRISTEN.

Expensive, but worth it if you’re in a rush for a visa and can’t mess around with the Indian consulate.
