$ 50 for a mani + pedi. Not terribly cheap, so I was hoping the quality would be top notch!
The pedicure was great, really thorough and relaxing with a good calf massage from the technician and those remote control massage chairs. The manicure was a let-​down, the polish was painted a bit unevenly and it’s already chipping on day 5. Save your dough for the pedicure.
Ambiance is nice for a girls day out. The space is big and you can usually get chairs next to each other with an appointment. For the price though, 3 stars is all I can muster.

My mom and I have our nails done and spend the day together every Tuesday or Friday of each week. Part of the day includes having gel manicures and pedicures. This place used to be our absolute favorite place. They were always super fast but still would give you a quality manicure or pedicure, massage, and we adore the wax hand treatment standard with every manicure. The only issues that we had when we first started going is that often we were rushed to pick a gel color and very few of the employees know how to do pretty designs on the toes or fingernails. I love to get designs on my toenails in the summer; however, they are losing an extra 5 to 7 dollars each time they do not have an employee who cannot do competent designs per customer.
Now, it is a crapshoot as to how service will be every time you walk in the door depending on the employee that you have assigned to you. The past four consecutive times that we have been there, both of us have had gel manicures that have not lasted a week on all 10 fingers. I return and have the fingernails repainted when the gel does not last or simply falls off the entire nail — like one did last session when I got home. However, my mom simply does not have time during the week to go back, so she keeps buying similarly-​colored nail polishes in regular polishes at the store and spends her own money to fix the nails that do not last. It is getting quite ridiculous. There are new people each week, so you just never know the quality that you are going to get each time. For example, one time a brand new employee did only my fingernails and took almost 2 hours thus ruining our plans for the day. This past week, we both had employees that were very rough — rushing to paint our nails and yanking our fingers and arms to get us positioned correctly. I was so excited three weeks ago, because I had one of the employees that I know is one of the best in the spa; however, someone came in with an appointment, and they substituted her out of painting my nails in the middle of the manicure. Some of the issues that we are noticing when the gel does not stay put are: the edges of the nail are not being painted on the sides, someone is forgetting to put gel polish on the tip of the nail where the nail takes the most wear like most of the employees do, and/​or when our manicures are rushed — leaving problems like forgotten cuticles being painted over with gel (so when the cuticle dries up and falls off — the polish starts peeling up). Sadly, since we spend around $ 120 each time that we go together, we are going to have to start looking for a new place to go. This was one of our most favorite places to ever have our nails done, and I’m sad to say that it is just not the same as it was around six months to a year ago. We are so sad to lose this place as our first pick — they have so many gel color options, and some of the employees are so very nice.

Walked in the day before New Year’s Eve and they were slammed. They told me 10 – 15 minute wait for a gel manicure which I thought was reasonable. They got me in within 5 minutes! Very precise manicure without any pinching during cuticle removal. Afterwards, an awesome quick hand & arm massage and a paraffin wax dip. Very pleased to get a gel mani with all those extras for $ 35!

Based on reviews I decided to try out this nail salon and I’m so glad I did! It was my first time getting a manicure and they did an amazing job! The gentleman that did my nails was patient and meticulous! I will always come back!

I don’t know why I am not sold on this place. I got a manii/​pedi. My sister and niece got a manicure. Our nails turned out great, and the nail techs were nice, but not very social people. What bothered me was how sterile the environment was. The overall demenour of the place was plain and not a very welcoming feeling. I think that if they seemed a little bit more interactive with us then I think this could have been a 4 star place. Either way, I won’t ever be back here since I am only in town for this wedding… still though, there are other places to be had in the near vicinity.

This was a Great experience

I am torn about Ethereal Spa because I love the atmosphere, location, and Angela, who did my nails and pedis. She does great work!!! BUT, she always made me wait from 10 – 30 minutes every time I went in, and I had an appointment for a specific time! I work, and free time is not plentiful, so I finally stopped going there … but have not found anyone else in Little Rock who does as good a job as she does. Still, I’m not going back.

I’m from out of town and went in for a fill and pedicure. I was so thrilled with the outcome! They pay attention to detail and make you feel pampered while there. I’ll definitely come back when I visit!
