Truthfully, I’m shocked that this salon is part of the European Wax Center franchise. The service was not at all what I have experienced at other European Wax Centers in Las Vegas. Having purchased a Brazilian and a full leg wax, I expected the service to be thorough, but everything seemed rushed. Upon getting home and showering, I noticed that some rather large spots had been missed. I’m so disappointed. Especially because I had planned on continuing going to this establishment, as I thought their service would be on par with the other EWC salons I’d visited before. The mediocre service was not worth the money.

MURIEL IS THE. BEST. Seriously. I went in for my first wax ever, and, naturally, I was pretty nervous. Muriel was friendly and personable immediately upon introduction, and she continued to make me feel at ease the entire way through. She walks you through the process as she works, and she keeps the conversation flowing the whole time. The products are fantastic– the wax was comfortable and allowed for quick, easy removal. She follows with a soothing serum made with tea tree oils and lavender… and she let me test out their exfoliating scrub, which I immediately decided I wanted (it’s so cool!) With that being said — neither Muriel or the women at the front desk were pushy about purchasing their products, and that is something I really appreciated. I will definitely be back and I ABSOLUTELY recommend European Wax Center.

awesome place. Very clean. I find a European wax center I every city I visit. The hard wax is a little odd your first time, but you quickly get used to it. This did not disappoint. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a Brazilian wax. Technician was super knowledgable and quick. She Made me feel really comfortable.
I didn’t find them to be pushy about selling their package deals as it’s heir job and you do save money especially if you plan to come back.

This place is very clean and it has hands down amazing service. The woman who did my eyebrows and my upper lip did a great job. Not only did she do my eyebrows, she gave me tips and tricks for eyebrow care and also filled in my eyebrows for me when I asked. I loved the service everything was great and she got the job done fast. Although it can be a bit pricey compared to other salons, but it’s worth the great service.

I certainly understand the previous reviewer’s sentiment, I imagine the people up front are required to «suggestive sell,» and while they did tell me about packages and products on my first visit, I didn’t feel that they were pushy about it and it was only a couple of minutes during and after my appointment. Regarding my actual services, their wax is definitely less painful than other waxes /places I’ve been, and Muriel is a great aesthetician and makes you feel comfortable during what can be an awkward experience (bikini wax). More importantly, I’ve been to at least three other places in Little rock that attempt to omit the all-important «back strip,» which is what truly makes it a «Brazilian,» and they understand that at EWC — no trying to skip that. Also, even regular prices without packages are the most reasonable I’ve seen.

Clean, however very pushy. Showed up a few minutes early and was waiting for the front desk person to check me in, she was finishing up with another customer. She then proceeded to try and talk me into buying packages before my first visit in which her sales pitch went ten minutes into my appointment. The girl that did the waxing was nice however she missed a few spots which I found when I got home. After the appointment it was yet again a pushy sales pitch of you need this product and you need to go ahead and book your next appointment we book up fast. I booked my appointment the day prior no problem and there were plenty of openings. They have their services discounted but you get what you pay for! Would not recommend to anyone I know, or return!
