Traveling through Arkansas and needed a one night stop over. The room was great! King bed with a beautiful bath. We had zero concerns regarding cleanliness and safety. Our 7 am next day start time ended up being 10 am because we slept in and well.

Stayed on first floor in a king suite. Very large room and great bathroom with tub and shower. Bed was very comfortable and room had a sofa as well. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was ok. Just regular hotel grub. Eggs, pastries, sausage patties, biscuits and sausage gravy. They do have a machine that will make you pancakes. Hotel stay are friendly and very helpful. The hotel and our room were very clean. The hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi and a workout room. The workout room has one treadmill, one elliptical, one recumbent bike and an all in one weight machine.

Very spacious and clean rooms, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice. I will definitely return to this hotel, and recommend it.

I have never worked in the Hotel Hospitality industry, just utilize their services frequently for business. This evening I am on business once more patronizing this hotel, and from the onset, I have been pleased with what I am receiving. The room is a very comfortable size, decorated very well, accompanied with small appliances and amenities. Out of character, I elected to do my work in the lobby this evening, only to receive customer services, I would generally expect at a higher level; including if my needs had been met, would I like some water, and the coffee is fresh and ready, if I wanted some. I also learned from this experience how we as travelers, can be so high maintenance! I quietly observed the young man working the reception area, inspecting and cleaning the area to insure its presentation; in the meantime, maintaining very good discipline to insure the counter was being covered. He did a great job, where I personally would blow a gasket, answering the same questions over and over, to guests that were sometimes appreciative, others, not so much. Net, this is a relatively new hotel, that appears to train their people well, and provides a quality service to its customers; I will stay again when in the area. BTW; they are also pet friendly; please pet owners, don’t ruin that!

Stayed at a number of holiday inns coming across country going east. As far as looks and feel, This is the least desirable, so far. Staff is nice, no complaints. Clean, that’s important. Location is about 10 – 15 minutes off the I 40 then back again if you’re traveling according. Nothing stands out, good or bad. I guess that’s a plus

All I can say is… wow. We were driving cross country and picked this hotel to stay at since it was close to I-40. I was not expecting much considering we had stayed in some questionable hotels along our route. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel. From the moment we got there, the staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was great and the room looked like one you would stay at in Vegas. Huge bed, couch, big shower and bathroom with marble countertops. Very clean!!! Which I can now say after staying in so many hotels, they are not always clean and sanitary! Parking was easy and the staff even helped us find a restaurant to eat at. 5 stars, hands down.

Room is big and comfortable, everything is clean. The breakfast buffet was decent although the coffee was weak. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the hot tub was bathwater temperature. The staff also didn’t go out of their way to be courteous or welcoming.

We stayed here last Friday night. We arrived before check-in, but decided to head to the hotel anyway. They didn’t have a room ready yet, but the staff was accommodating and let us hang out pool-side while we waited. Once the room was ready, they promptly let us in without a second thought. The room was large and comfortable. The sofa made a great extra bed for one of our three children. We were in town for a Tae Kwon Do tournament. Many of the hotels were full of TKD competitors! Knowing this, Holiday Inn actually went out of their way to designate one of their conference rooms for a workout area. Every time I walked by, there were competitors practicing their forms and making finals touches on their routines. I know that we all greatly appreciate the thought that the staff put into setting that up for us TKD people!

Stayed here this past weekend. Nice, clean hotel. It was very convenient to my friends house. I really enjoyed the breakfast. They had an array of items both hot and cold I personally enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. I gave 3 stars because our bed was not comfortable. I will say that I do like a firm mattress. The bed was way too soft for my bf and I. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The frig definitely came in handy. The service was great as well.

Such a nice hotel! Probably nicest one I’ve stayed at in a really long time. Travel for work and prefer Holiday Inn anyway, but this one takes the cake. The rooms are large and the attention to detail is really nice. There was an archway in my room! And wood cabinets! Very nice price for what you get. I skipped breakfast this time because of time, but I assume it’s the usual HI breakfast. Lots of choices, but please make the coffee stronger! I did have an issue… there was no hot water. Manager Jonathan returned my message next day and was super nice! No hot water plus some borderline apathetic customer service from front desk upon checkout could have ruined my stay, but Jonathan earned two whole stars back from me. My new favorite choice for overnights in Little Rock.

Extremely affordable with tons of amenities and fabulous rooms. At around $ 120 a night(discounts and lower rates all the time) this is my #1 pick in Little Rock. Huge suites with gorgeous bathrooms, mini fridges, microwaves, cable TV, a desk, a couch, a coffee table, small closet, free internet and WiFi, a pool, hot tub, free parking, free cookies at night, and a full continental breakfast every morning that includes omelets, egg burritos, biscuits and gravy, sausages, bacon, cereal, yogurt, Cinnamon buns, muffins, juices, coffees, EVERYTHING… INCLUDED. This place gets 5 stars from me on service, price, staff, cleanliness, etc. and only loses 1 star for location. The location is not bad, but it isn’t centrally located to any destinations. It is walking distance from a Wendys, Subway, and a car dealership. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn and would/will stay here in the future. #1 pick!
