This store is a stressful, dirty mess. It’s worse than a Burlington Coat Factory. The lines are long, the employees hate working there and it’s impossible to find anything. Besides that it’s a risk of mugging to shop there, (see recent crimes in parking lot), it’s just hell to try to shop there. Never again. I’ll drive the 20 miles to Conway where they at least fold the clothes.

Great selection in the Chenal store today. I really appreciated the top coat and sport jackets strong clearance pricing. The sales associates in mens clothing and shoes were both very helpful. Your salespeople and checkout employees are very pleasant and hard working almost always multitasking. Keep up the great work… Chenal #1

I’ve had a completely different experience from the other two reviewers since discovering Kohl’s a few months ago. I’ve shopped in-store and ordered online: 7 men’s sport coats, 3 topcoats, 2 pairs of shoes, numerous shirts and sweaters. .. . Have been completely pleased with quality (often from name brands), styles and especially price.
Only one return/exchange, which went flawlessly. I now shop here about once a week. Staff and customer service incredibly helpful. One even provided me with an additional discount beyond my own coupon! I couldn’t be happier with the savings on all the purchases I’ve made.

Depressing to even be in here it was so dead. Lots of merchandise strewn about in various places. What was most surprising was how expensive some of the items were. I came here because I somehow forgot my dress pants on a work trip and figured I could buy some cheap ones or khakis here. They did have a buy one get one free deal. However most ran about $ 70 which is absurd. I managed to find one in clearance but next time will try to find a Marshall’s or TJ Maxx.

Customer service was horrible both times I came here to shop. When they mistakingly put the wrong clearance price on an item and refuse to sell it for the price it was marked, then being rude when the mistake was theirs … Horrible Horrible customer service!!!
