BEWARE!!!
The wind blew a stray shopping cart that hit my vehicle and dented it one week ago. There were a crazy amount of stray carts strewn about their parking lot that night. I just got off the phone with Kroger corporate, and they have officially denied my claim. They deny any responsibility! It was mother natures fault, they claim.
I highly recommend you shop somewhere (else) that keeps their parking lot safe from hazards, or you could just park somewhere else and go clean up all of the stray carts to clear the hazards before you go shop there.

This store has terrible produce. I went in a week ago and there where Flys on the onions. Also, they were down to very few edible produce options because everything was starting to go bad. I only shop here because it is the only option. Coming from Texas, where there is HEB, this kroger has a lot to improve on. Very disappointed

I go here often. It is the best grocery store in the area with various quality products.

Pretty much disappointed every time I go here. The deli is slower than a glacier flow and half the time the check out lines are as long as Sam’s (you Sam’s people know what I am taking about). To top it all off I just had to wait 10 minutes to get gas because now the gas pumps are as slow as the deli and check out lines… At least they are consistent, so they’ve got that going for them, which is nice

Have always like this store, but in their efforts to be more like Wal Mart, they’ve stopped carrying the items they should (like Spic & Span) to make room for the items they shouldn’t (like pants). If I wanted to go to Wal Mart (which I don’t) I would. Please go back to what you’re good at: groceries.

Disaster– 6pm on Saturday at Kroger on Chenal Parkway. Only TWO checkout lines open and customers backed up 7deep. Customer service issue big time!

The store is very nice & well stocked (usually). The problem I have is with the deli/​sandwich counter. They NEVER have enough help. A couple of the folks that do work the counter area are extremely slow & don’t seem to care if you have to wait all day for your food. Skip the sandwich making area unless you have all day to wait on them to make you one! The cashiers are all pretty nice. This store is nice but seems to be poorly managed.
