I own a small business and truly appreciate great customer service. I got it from Martinous Oriental Rug Company. I ordered an 8×10 Harounian oriental rug from Martinous and received it via UPS the other day. In a phrase, we couldn’t be more pleased. The rug is beautiful and the owner, David Martinous and his team rendered world class customer service. The manufacturer had a slight production delay, and David’s communication of the delay, and when I would receive the rug was spot on. The rug is exactly as described and the transaction was extremely smooth. I will be using Martinous in the future and recommend this business without reservation. Thank you!
