Just tried the new mozzarella strips today. The very worst I’ve ever had. Save your money and taste buds, don’t order them

So I am normally a huge fan of McDonalds but this place just sucked. First off all we were getting was a quick order of nuggets, and wanted three sauces, ranch, spicy mustard and sweet and sour. We pay and then get our order shortly after to find all of them sweet and sour. Now normally I wouldn’t care I’d just ask for what I want and be happy and on my way, but the women working the window who I assumed was a supervisor or manager was just plain unfriendly, she looked like we just asked her to smell a fart. We weren’t even asking for MORE we handing back the ones we didn’t want in exchange for what we ordered. She finally came back with the same nasty look on her face and gave us the ranch and HONEY (not spicy) mustard. I just accepted this was what it was going to be and left
To top it all off the nuggets were cold, and felt like they weren’t even properly cooked, maybe a tad under done and I found a HAIR in my food!!!
Look I know I am bitching about an 11 dollar fast food order but I bothers me when people clearly HATE their job and take it out on the customer by not being polite and excited to help

I feel really weird reviewing a McDonald’s, but I have been so impressed with how kind the employees are. I go through the drive thru here pretty regularly for coffee and the women working the windows are always SO nice! Minus one star because my order gets messed up infrequently, but no biggie.

A kid pooped in the play place, and an employee only put a wet floor sign up. I wish I was joking. She just said, «i’ll let the manager know.» But, then continued what she was doing. It’s all-​around a very dirty restaurant even without the poop in the play place.

This was the most convenient at 11p on a Thurs night. We did drive thru and each of us ordered our meals. I ended up with a Filet O Fish and fries. We requested a fresh batch of fries and the cashier indicated that since it was late, everything was made to order. SCORE!!!
Drive thru was pretty busy at the time so we had a bit of a wait. I like my cheese a little melted, and it was cold…
It was late, 4 starving women and we wanted food… BADLY… It satisfied our hunger!
