Mustard Seed Moving of Arkansas

Terrible experience. I was quoted a half day move from my 1,000 square foot home and storage space. The guys (who were very nice but very slow) arrived at 9 a.m. and didn’t finish until 8 p.m. My whole family was unloading the truck at the end with them because it had been dark for hours and we just needed to finish it. I ended up paying around $ 800 plus tip for what was supposed to be a half day move. Some pieces of furniture were damaged and though the website says it’s insured and I was told when the movers arrived that they would take care of any damages, I later found out that they are only insured up to $.60 per pound. So they will pay $.60 per pound (how much your furniture weighs) for the item to be fixed unless you want to use the company’s handy man. I thought that was a little misleading. It was months before I could get a response about my damaged furniture from Jason and I had to be rude to get anything done. One piece of furniture is still damaged because I wasn’t comfortable letting the handy man work on the expensive piece of furniture so we parted ways with me unhappy and Jason didn’t seem to mind much.

Poor or no customer service. 2 months after move, appliances and wall still damaged by movers lack of blankets, load shifts, hitting walls with furniture. some items repaired, other still damaged. was overcharged from initial quote, Jason said would take care of everything, but has not in 2 months. I would not recommend this company for a move of anything valuable. BBB complaint is pending contact from Jason.

Mustard Seed Movers are strong, friendly, conscientious and thoughtful! They moved me and my two children from a large house to a modest apartment. I had heavy items that needed tender loving care, and they handled them like parents handling newborns. Courtney and Mario were my movers and their professionalism, promptness, patience and price proved to me that Mustard Seed knows what its doing. I highly recommend this company.
