Regular mall with regular stores over three levels. Small food court. We went on a Thursday so it wasn’t very crowded.

A mall is a mall! I am still trying to understand what cause one to be impressed with a mall. It was chosen as a meeting spot for us to see some friends and family. Of course it was a excuse for my wife to buy something. It is a very nice and clean mall with many varieties of stores. And two huge Dillards on each end, The women side and the men’s side. There were three floors but we never made to all. The parking was very convenient and my wife loved it. That’s all that matters.

I am a new mother so my perspective so I see things as baby friendly or not. I visited park plaza with friends because we were all coming from different directions and it is a good meeting spot. We browsed the variety of stores and when we needed to sit down with baby, we could because of the many benches. We ate at a new chain in the food court and sat and talked for a while. The restrooms are close enough to the food court but not so close as to make the entire atmosphere negative. I have always found this mall to be clean and cool in temperature, no matter the weather outside. There are tiny tables and chairs for children and janitorial staff seem accommodating and prompt to clean up any mess. The reason I am rating them four stars is because of lack of space. Kiosks are jammed together and it is not laid out in a way that allows a flow of customers. Also, you would think that family bathrooms would have changing tables? The changing table in one bathroom puts the caregiver INTHEDIRECTLINEOFTRAFFIC which is stressful for both baby and caregiver. Move it out of the doorway! Props for having a nursing room, but please don’t forget to change the trash.

This is a pretty great mall. Whatever you need, you will likely find it here. There are three floors with large stores on each floor. The food court is small, which I personally like… I come to the mall to shop, not eat!

for little rock, this mall isn’t bad. it has all the necessary story one needs to visit. its clean and pretty organized even during the holidays. once in a while there is an empty storfront but it seems that they fill it pretty quickly. downside is selection on the food court isn’t that great but i mean this isn’t exactly a mall that you are going to spend HOURS in anyway.

Just your basic outdated mall. Has a few nice stores such as Coldwater Creek, Talbot’s, etc. Nothing fancy by any means. The reason I am writing this review is to warn mall patrons entering the mall at the main entrance beside Talbots to be prepared to be accosted right when you get to Victoria’s Secret. There is a kiosk with the name Premier Beauty that offers or should I say«demands» you to take a sample of their product. They never take«No» for an answer. They always start out by jumping out in front of you and saying«Can I ask you something?» If you say no, they keep on talking to you until you get out of hearing distance. It is ridiculous! It’s a form of harassment that I don’t appreciate having to endure just to shop in Park Plaza Mall. The mall office needs to reprimand this company.

I completely forgot about that kiosk near Victoria’s Secret until I read the previous review! The people working at that kiosk are like vultures. They are extremely rude and annoying. My «No, thanks» was met with a nasty remark in their native language, SO although I didn’t understand the insult directed at me, the tone and facial expression said it all. And do NOT get me started on the other stupid kiosks. NONONO, I do not want you to straighten my hair, nor do I want dead sea salt(read: Morton table salt) on my skin.

This mall is bearable only because of Sephora. Everything else here is useless. The worst thing about it is the people. They are unbearable.

We had a couple hours to spare before our dinner reservations and decided to stop at this shopping center. Although I’m used to the large malls in Cali, this indoor mall served its purpose for us. It was just enough stores to look and browse thru without getting overwhelmed. We parked in a large parking structure with tons of parking that led straight into the mall. It was clean and wasn’t very crowded for a Fri night. You have your kiddies, but not enough to get annoyed.

I’m VERY picky about my malls. An out-of-towner, my husband specifically booked a business trip at Hilton because it was down the street from this big mall that I could walk to with my two young children. The mall itself is quite beautiful. It’s 3 stories with a beautiful glass ceiling. Its modern-looking design gives it a very bright, clean, and spacious look. Despite being 3 stories, there are only two anchor stores… both of which are Dillards. The first floor is almost entirely a food court with just a few non-food stores. Food court has a hamburger joint, Chick-Fil-A, generic Chinese food place, Quizno’s, Great Steak Escape, a bakery, Sbarro’s and a Great American Cookies. There’s also an Auntie Anne’s on a separate floor. Unfortunately, we visited the mall after a big snow storm and about 75% of the stores were closed. Is this normal practice for Arkansas? Not sure because we’re from California. Security guards were very friendly. Workers at the food court were very nice, too. Oh and I should mention the elevator. Biggest elevator I have EVERSEEN. ENORMOUS. I should have taken a picture. It was so large that it actually made me laugh. The mall had few vacancies, if any, which is always a big plus. Nothing sadder than seeing empty store spaces. Oh and any mall with a Sephora is a major plus in my book.

Park Plaza is the only enclosed shopping mall in Little Rock. I love the glass ceiling, which covers the mall with bright, Arkansas sunlight. The mall is anchored on both sides by Dillard’s, with a large XXI on the ground floor. This mall is tiny in comparison to other malls I’ve been too(Boston malls have spoiled me), but its open plan makes the mall feel bigger than it really is. With a little under 80 stores(not including kiosks and food places), it still manages to satisfy my shopping needs.
