Ramada Limited Little Rock

Aside from the exceptionally strong fragrance and not so welcoming staff my first impression of the main lobby was «okay this seems nice.» That lasted until i stepped out of the elevator on my floor and could smell nothing but must. The smell lasted down the dim hallway and even into the room itself. The room was your average size but was creeped out that none of the pillows had cases on them. In addition the Wifi was horrible, had no signal and dropped frequently and the bathroom vent sounded like a jet engine. Financially you can do much better than this hotel. They charge approx 100 per night for what is basically a motel. They also decided to not only charge the card the holding but also charged an amount that they could not clarify what it was for, so for a $ 900 stay they charged almost 2k on the card for which the manager offered nothing to remedy the situation at all. Also in line to ask about the charge someone in line stated they had the same thing happen to them before so this obviously isn’t just a freak thing here.
