Worst customer service I have ever experienced in ANY store. Always long lines and crazy wait times to check out even during business hours. Do not go to this location unless you have hours to waste. Horrible.
Back in this hell again… Never enough employees and a continued waste of time. If zero stars or bulldozing this store to the ground was an option I would choose that. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to the little rock SAMs club.

The people here are just horrible! We just had a membership an hour ago and then after shopping around and falling in a long line the cashier says card not working! Go to membership area fall in line for another hour with one person assisting! We eant back to the cashier several times for them to assist faster but no help at all they just send us back to membershio area! Too bad there were great deals here!
