Schickel’s Cleaners

I put in clothes right after the onset of my mothers passing .
It takes a real toll on me even to the point of a severe depression
I’m doing better now and I call the cleaners to take care of this issue.
Note I do see where they had been trying to call I didn’t recognize the nothing when I did call no one answered back
I tried several times on February 28^th
I called today February 29 and spoke to a female I didn’t catch your name I told her in bed I just wanted to settle my debt she want to know what phone number was
tied to the dry cleaners.
I gave her my number and she in turn went on to say company has been trying for a miniature reach out and told her that I do appreciate it but I was in a bad state
After giving her my she wanted to know how I wasn’t answering the phone and what was the problem
I told her that is neither here or there I am trying to collect my clothing she was very rude in an apologetic for her unprofessionalism
I know it was my fault for leaving the clothing for so long but at this moment I was just trying to take care of my debt and she wanted a why?!
what took so long ?!
I will never come back
I do appreciate them holding onto my clothing but I will never come back

They don’t even need one star. They have really bad business and only worry about money. They don’t clean well tooo.
