This location has awesome customer service! I placed a carryout order online through Unilocal’s eat24 app for a 12″ pizza with an order of fried ravioli, and for some reason the order never got sent to their store. When I got there I was able to show them the confirmation email and they felt terrible because they never got the order. They quickly made my order for me and got the fried ravioli comped from my bill. Plus I just ate and everything was so delicious :) I will definitely be back!

As much as I absolutely love these guys and their pizza, I have to give them 2 stars. This is my major concern. In our family we have a child that’s gluten free. I ordered 2 normal pizzas and 1 gluten free pizza. When we picked up the pizza, my daughter, whose gluten free, voiced a concern that there might be some cross contamination going on, due to all the flour that was on the pizza boxes and all over the gentleman’s shirt and hands, when handing us pizzas. We talked about it in the car and because it’s not a life threatening allergy, but severe abdominal pains that she gets due to gluten, she decided to gamble and eat the pizza.(we’ve had GF before at this location & there were no problems.) Well, that night she was extremely sick and suffered all night and through the morning. I’m thinking that maybe Abos should take GF pizza off the menu. As much as we love you guys, it’s to much of a risk for people that are GF. Or my other idea is to call it gluten sensitive and use a special cutting board designed to make the gluten sensitive pizza and cut it on the same board after baking in the oven. Wash hands before touching the GF pizza dough If you need to flour the board for prepping, I would recommend using corn meal or almond flour. Those are some suggestions that could possibly help you out if you want to keep offering it to customers. My positive is that the guys that were working that night were so nice and friendly. You have a great staff and great tasting pizza. Sincerely, Jenny R.

Mmmmmm nothing like waiting 2 hours for a cold pizza and a warm salad. What a total waste of money.

I’ll put it simple. Lived in NYC for 5 years. I’m ordering pizza from this particular Abo’s every Friday. Check out their specials(those who complain about prices). Go visit NYC and eat pizza in Riverdale with italian-only speaking staff(Those who complain about quality/taste) — you will be surprised how close they are to the«real NY style pizza» — all above is my(and only my) opinion. Leaving reply in attempt to help them drive more business as they truly deserve it. Friendly people are making great pizza, what else do you need?

Quick and dirty pizza. Great for delivery. Nothing specifically great that I have tried, but certainly better than the normal delivery only type options.

Just wanted a slice with pepperoni and a soft drink. Cost me $ 5.25! A 12″ cheese is $ 10.75 and maybe I shoulda just got that! Pricey little place with no A/C and a cute patio on the East side, no umbrellas however. This place needs a lady’s touch to make it more welcoming and should lose the arcade games. But the pizza is tasty with fresh ingredients. Might come back.

Paid $ 42 plus tip for a small 12″ pie, 10 wings, Mac n cheese bites, and funnel cake fries. Felt like I paid too much for the quality I received. First, the add-on toppings prices are insane($ 1.75 per topping added? C’mon) The charge to make a half & half pizza was almost $ 3. So I had to carefully decide which extra topping was worthy before committing that much *dough* to have it(pun intended). The wings were tasty, though side veggies would have been welcome. I’m glad I had some fresh veggies in house to balance the heavy, greasy flavor. The Mac and cheese bites were processed food(frozen pre-packaged) but were okay. The pie had a decent enough sauce and toppings, but I was disappointed with the crust. I love the crust, but this was tough and hard, with no spring or chew to it, and there was plenty of dry crust to go around on this pie. Funnel cake fries were a novelty. Decent flavor, though also tough to bite into(not soft with a crunchy shell like you find with fresh funnel cake). A side sauce or fruit compote would really have set them off. As they were, they were okay, but left that nasty greasy residue on my teeth. Maybe some folks know what to order here, but I didn’t get near my money’s worth on this first order from Abo’s. I’ll seek another pie place for my next pizza craving, and skip Abo’s from here on out.

This place was really overpriced($ 18 for a 12″) and the pizza was very disappointing. The basil on the margherita pizza we ordered was still frozen in some areas. The bottom of the crust was covered in flour, like maybe they reused the same prep pan when they cut the pizza. The overall taste was poor– nothing fresh. I’m guessing the prices are due to no other pizza places within a couple of miles. I gave 2 stars only because they were nice enough to refund our money without hassle when we complained. After that, we tried Nicola’s about 3 miles away. 5 stars.

The pizza here is good, but the reason you should go here is for the wings. There is NOPLACE in the ranch(bww included) that has wings this good, and I’ve been to them all.

Yummy! This is the best NY pizza in town. Their garlic knots are amazing, their mac bites are super tasty, and their pizza is done just right. The best part? They don’t skimp on ingredients! They use high quality stuff and you can tell!

Yum! Best New York style pizza I’ve had here in CO. Great sauce and overall flavor. I had the pepperoni pizza and would get it again.

Abos is up there right next to Big Bills Pizza. Similar style and taste. Check it out. Lunch $ 3 Cheese special. Thin crust Pizza is about the size of 2 hands put together. Love this place and cool atmosphere.

The bread/crust was crispy on the outside yet still soft and tender inside lots of toppings and hot to boot. Garlic Knots were similar. Nothing was overly greasy.

This place is terrible! It is grungy and dirty when we walked in, the guy in the back making pizzas gave us a nasty look, a guy was talking loudly on the phone regarding some business deal and sitting with his computer and files spread all over the table. While waiting for our dinner, one of the pizza makers came out to the front and he as grungy, dirty, and disheveled. He looked like a construction worker, not someone I want to make my food. Then the pizza was very greasy and the toppings were sparse. When the girl behind the counter came over to see how our food was I asked her who was the guy on the phone and she said it was the owner. Really. I told her we didn’t like the food and that we would not come back. Soon the owner came over and apologized for the phone call. He said that his office space was very small in the back so he was working on a table. That is inexcusable. The front of the house is for the customers! Now I was not expecting any comps but I did expect the owner to OFFER something but he didn’t. I would not have taken it because their food is awful. we left not even eating half of our slice. I will say one thing that makes this place earn at least one star, the girl taking our order was very sweet! But, if you want a good slice go to Lil Ricci’s on Broadway and C470. Much much better!

This place is pretty good. Nice apps and nice pizza. Not sure why all the bad reviews. Maybe that’s what you get when you are in highlands ranch. People expect too much perfection. But hey… It’s only a pizza place.

I think the prices are right on par for a pizza place. Their gluten free pizza is really good and not greasy. It’s so nice having a casual pizza place with GF pizza. Unlike some pizza places, you can eat here or get your pizza to go and they have a patio setting! I’ve always has great service so I’m not sure what other reviewers are taking about.

Good, but overpriced. Nice NY style pizza. Service can be random. I think their prices are too high. How about some coupons or daily specials? The interior of the restaurant is OK. Better for lunch than for dinner.

I do not understand the mediocre reviews. We have eaten about four times since moving to HR in October. The pizza is very good especially for Highlands Ranch where all restaurants seem to be the same — leaps above fast food type pizza like Little Caesars or those types of places. Yes, more expensive than fast food pizza but much better quality as well. We have gotten the hot wings once and those were good as well. I must mention that the service is outstanding. When I pick up the pizza I often get there early and sit and wait. When listening to the employees take care of the customers they go above and beyond your typical customer service. They are just courteous and thoughtful of the customers’ needs. They are always super pleasant and helpful to me when I order as well. This isn’t something you see often these days and I really appreciate it.
