My family started going to this office a while ago, and it has deteriorated dramatically. My husband went to this office in concern of his health, and the doctor just threw medication at him without running any blood tests or anything. Following this, he has had many questions for the condition they diagnosed him with, so they required him to come back. They charged us again, and when confronted about it, the doctor responded that she has to make her money too and complained about my husbands confrontation. Not only this, but the main nurse(possibly manager), was whispering and making my husband uncomfortable since we don’t have insurance. Very unprofessional and we didn’t appreciate this at all. My experience was previous to this, but similar. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol(204, really?) and told that I needed to be on meds. I refused and asked what I can do to fix this, and was told exercise and diet can help, but ultimately the meds. So after a long period of blood tests(by my choice), my cholesterol was below the mark with proper eating(which I personally pursued) and the nurse responded by informing me that she was going to inform the doctor I am not taking my meds as directed instead of congratulating me on my achieve. Not concerned about your health, not supportive, and unprofessional. The only good thing about this practice is the phlebotomist and the P. A is very nice as well. I have high respect for them only.

Avoid like the plague. Especially if you have an ailment plaguing you… I had a positive experience with the physician, however the treatment I have received on three separate occasions by the office staff and the physician’s assistant has been so poor that I will never go back. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at the office and they never return phone calls. I made several attempts to get feedback about the office to the physician with no avail.

Started going to Centennial Family Care in probably 2001 when they were in Highlands Ranch, and I’m still a patient. Nuff said.

When I first moved to Denver I was not excited about finding a new doctor. I just looked through my insurance providers book and found a family practice that sounded ok. Little did I know that I lived no where near Centennial. I still have not changed doctors even though it is a bit of a trek in emergencies. I see Tom Harris and he is so nice and personable. He gives you all the details you need to make informed decisions about your health care and he does not talk down to you.
