The bagels are great, but the service has issues. There is one specific employee who can’t seem to internalize any frustration he has. It seems like every time I go in there I’ve got to hear his complaining. Note: if you work somewhere and are frustrated with your coworkers and/or the clientele, keep it to yourself.

Horrible experience. Came in for breakfast at 11:30, the service was awful and they were completely out of all bagels except for two kinds. Absolutely ridiculous considering the only thing they sell are bagels. Needless to say, I’m never coming back.

Horribly disorganized — computer issues, couldn’t make change, took 20 minutes in line and another 20 to get a sandwich. The whole time, the cashier was complaining. Won’t return. Ruined this chain for me.

This place needs to get their act together. There are never enough people working. The bathrooms are gross and it seems to always be a mess no matter what time of day. Yuck! Sometimes I’m really in the mood for something from Einstein but most of the time I question why I decided to go in. My order is almost always wrong as well.

LOVE their vanilla hazelnut coffee!!! And their Honey-Almond Smear is to die for!!! Get it on a cinnamon bagel!!! One thing that drives me crazy however, is how much they charge if I had a tomato and a little fresh spinach on a breakfast or lunch sandwich!!! JEEEZE… they charge like $ 0.50 for EACH add on!!! It’s like I’m being penalized for eating more nutrition! Ridiculous!!!
