Gigantic Cleaners and Laundry

I signed up for Unilocal!just so I could warn people NOT to use this business.
I took my boyfriends pants here for repair. When I went to pick them up the first time, the person that works there (an older Asian woman) told me they would not be ready until the following week. I went the next week and again, she told me to come the following week. I went every week for about six weeks.
On one occasion she tried to give me pants that were not my boyfriends and another time she told me that my boyfriend had already picked them up. Finally I told her that I needed $ 75 to pay for the lost pants. Funny how a woman who claims to not speak English, all of a sudden speaks it perfectly when it comes time to tell me that she is «not giving me any money.»
To make a long story short, she gave me the number of the supposed manager who has repeatedly ignored my requests for reimbursement for the pants.
