Presley from Lifetime Construction gave us OUTSTANDING service.
He was up on our roof to do an inspection, and found a spot with a leak. He then scheduled to come back the next day, with his tools, and fixed the leak FOR FREE.
That’s right. We are not customers yet and didn’t pay a dime. He is helping us to get an inspection scheduled with the insurance company, so hopefully we will become customers. But we aren’t paying customers yet, and he used his time and his supplies to fix our roof with absolutely no expectations, no strings attached, and no billing info taken!
If that is the service they offer to folks who aren’t paying them, I can’t wait to see what they do when you actually pay them.
