I like the doctors and the nurses here a lot, but I am getting so frustrated with the front desk staff and the scheduling. It seems like I wait over half hour even when I schedule an appt first thing in the morning. The front desk staff always seem to be having computer issues, and trouble with their calendars so I can never schedule appointments in advance. I wish they would fix these issues because the doctors there are really friendly and helpful.

Dr Julie is amazing. The setup and atmosphere are very kid friendly and i have never had such a pleasant pediatrician in my life. And thats saying a lot. I’m a granny working on raising my second set of kids.

I love this office. I found them because I wanted a doctor who would not harass me about vaccinations. What I got in Dr. Nelson was a doc who won’t harass me, but who asks what my concerns are and gently rebuffs them. I have had my mind changed on two, and stayed my course with another. I call that success when you can be open minded and work with each other so well. They are really good about visiting your newborn in the hospital even on the weekends, and they always have good appointment and sick visit availability. I highly recommend this practice. My only wish is that they utilized technology more: if I could email or text photos of my concerns, it sure would save everyone a lot of time and $$.

I love this practice! Both of my boys have been patients here since birth. The nurses and staff are very warm and welcoming. Dr. Froehlke is so great with my children and really takes the time to listen to and answer my concerns. They are very accommodating about getting in kids right away when they are sick. I recommend this practice very highly!

I used to love this doctors office due to Dr. Julie, however, she has now moved to Healthy Habits and I have followed her. Now this doctors office is a living nightmare for me and my family. After using them for five years and recommending them to many people, they now refuse to transfer over my children’s medical records. I have two children, both of whom have lenghty medical records, and it going to cost me hundreds of dollars to have them transferred over. They are charging $ 12 for the 1^st 10 copies, $.25 per page after that and first class postage as they refuse to fax over the documents. They also refuse to use the other doctors offices transfer form. Where as most doctor’s transfer records for free, this place wants to hold your records hostage. Absolutely ridiculous that they would do this to their customers. I am sorry your best doctor has left and I am following, but to have this affect my children’s health is not okay. I will never recommend this doctors office ever again.
