The manager was really aggressive and did not want to listen to us at all. Our sales person was nice. We will try another location next time.

We used this Men’s Wearhouse for wedding tuxes, and the experience was great. We had over 10 rentals, including adults and children. Christina was our main contact, and was very helpful during the process, including the pick-​ups and final fittings. Most of our tuxes needed final adjustments, and everything was done as ordered and on-​time.

My fiancé and I had a terrible experience with a DIFFERENT Men’s Wearhouse and we were thinking of giving up on them. Brandy (6980*, from the Men’s Wearhouse service department, got wind of our bad experience and got in touch with me. Brady helped me get in touch with Mike, their store manager of this store, which called me personally to help rebuild our confidence in the MWH. We set up an appointment and since we were limited on time, Mike ordered our outfits for try-​on. Mike personally assisted us and gave us great advice on our outfits based on weddings that he had assisted in the past. He verified all the information that had been previously built into our order, uncovered multiple mistakes, and rebuilt the information that was incorrect. Although, my fiancé and I wish that MWH had a broader color selection, we have now placed a new order and have one less item to worry about for our upcoming wedding. Thanks

I bought a suit here for my brother’s wedding (suit was for the groomsmen etc). The coat is way too big and the pants are way too big. They made their «adjustments» and it’s still way too big. They’re a headache to deal with… similar to Comcast. I don’t like the way I look in this suit. GET GEORGE ZIMMER BACK!!!

these guys like to wait til the last minute to do anything… however they did get everything done in time for my wedding, even though it was the day of. Doug really tried to help me out after the initial meeting for picking out a suit, but was skeptical to help me at first, not sure what the deal was there. when i went in for a friends wedding, they ended up sending the suit to the wrong store so i had to wait til the day of for his wedding also… the staff seems like they want to help, but only if its convenient for them. I will more than likely use them again in the future, but only because i don’t really know of any other suit places.

Awesome Awesome customer service here. We looked at three Men’s Wearhouses throughout our search for suits, shirts, ties, and pocket silks. Out of the three locations, this was was the best by a considerable margin.
We had spent time on a Saturday looking for ties, shirts, and pocket silks at the Lakewood location just up the road. We picked out ties and shirts, but wanted to look one other location, and probably purchase on Sunday. Long story short (read my review of the Lakewood for full story) we were completely disappointed in the Lakewood location. So, we looked for the nearest Men’s Wearhouse and this was it. As bad as the Lakewood location was, this place was the complete polar opposite. The customer service, attentiveness, and helpfulness here was off the charts good!!!
We had Cody and Cody help us (guy and a gal). I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. It was a privilege to have them help us. They rocked! I plan to contact their manager as well to tell him/​her how good they were.
Since it was the first time we stopped into their location, we had to go through finding the ties, finding the shirts, and organizing the pocket squares. But, we got it all done and it was efficient. Again, I can’t say enough positive things about these two (Cody and Cody). I’m sure the other employees were just as helpful because the other customers seemed to be getting what they needed as well.
