I have noticed a decline in the food and service quality here the past two years but after this last visit NEVERAGAIN will I eat here. I got one of their $ 14.00 burgers and at that price it should be cooked correctly but was almost raw and the server wanted to be somewhere else. I notice that the staff changes often and always for the worse. I will go to 5GUYS and get much better burger for a reasonable price next time.

Fish tacos were amazing. I’m going to be returning here very soon. Looking forward to trying new food! The waitress was awesome. Very nice. Fast and funny

The wings were great! The fried pickles were ok along with my waitress. Overall I really liked the atmosphere during the happy hour that I went to. Decent prices. $ 9 for a dozen delicious wings.

Merle’s is top notch! I’ve been going to Merle’s since their grand opening and it seems that each time I visit my experience is better than the last! That’s saying something since I’ve been so impressed since day 1. Its the perfect place to take friends and family for a casual outing yet classy enough to make for a perfect business meeting. The environment is perfect for downtown Littleton’s vibe. Its in an old car repair shop which gives it the sort of rustic vibe you crave in a American grub restaurant. They open the old garage doors in the summer which lets in a nice breeze and adds a lot to the environment. The food is awesome! Today I had the pork tamales smothered in green chile and was in Mexican food heaven! As is customary I started with the fire-aki wings as an appetizer(ordered extra crispy of course), best wings you’ll find in Littleton hands down! And they are HUGE. I have always been greeted very friendly by the host and all the servers I’ve had are very attentive. I got too chit chatty today and she stopped by 3 times to fill our drinks and ask if we still needed a minute to look at the menus. Wasn’t pressuring us at all, just keeping our drinks topped off and making sure we were all set. Tracy the manager/owner stopped by our table to make sure everything came out as hoped, and our plates were cleared almost the second we put our silverware down. Can’t wait to return to Merle’s for another superb dining experience!

We had a great experience on a busy Saturday night. Drinks and service right away and the waitress(8 months pregnant) was hustling to make sure all of her tables were served. The menu has a selection of EVERYTHING — wings, burgers, Mexican food… this will be my go to place.

The service was great and the staff was friendly. The food was not anything to write home about. The food was very bland and seem to be lacking in the basic seasoning category. A little Salt and Pepper made the food slightly more enjoyable. I asked for my burger medium rare and got a done burger. I was say this place has a great atmosphere and good staff, but the food is bringing this place down.

My fiancé and I really like this place. Their bacon horseradish beer dip is probably my favorite appetizer anywhere and true to my nature, I crave it about twice a month. My need for satisfying my cravings leads to us visiting every so often. Their menu is really diverse, they have options for pretty much anyone. Their salads are pretty solid, they’ve got a ton of sandwiches and their fries are . We also can appreciate their tap lineup, it’s decently craft driven. The service in the dining room is mehhhh. I hate when I ask my server what the 6 rotating taps are, mostly because I get a quick and totally annoyed rundown. Drinks are initially slow to come out, but then the food is just thrown at you– no real time in between apps and entrees. However, service at the bar top has always been good. Friendly, fast and very attentive. Downtown Littleton is lucky to have a place like this. Less Chad-bro than Merle’s neighbor, better food and way more casual than some other spots on Main Street.

Good service Cocktail hour has great 6.00 cocktails. The cocktails are handmade with real ingredients, which is the main reason I avoid the tavern. The food is a bit pricey, but good. The service is hit or miss, but to be fair we seem to go in with a group at happy hour and sometimes overstay our welcome. It feels like an old person’s bar because I think it is an old person’s bar. Something about it feel a tiny bit fussy, but I am not sure why. I hear the upstairs patio is pretty great.

4 really bad burgers. Overcooked, undercooked, blue cheese on the wrong burger. One fell apart like a piece of poop fell out. Redo’s were no better. These cooks are really poorly trained. I hope we don’t end up peeing our butts later.

Good food. Too big menu, but not bad. Unique choices, it’s like a chili’s but better quality and local.

Very mediocre food at best. I had the 3 tacos which had zero flavor. There was also hardly any meat/seafood in the tacos, mostly cabbage and lettuce. Best thing I ate were the chips and salsa. Maybe I ordered wrong?

Good was great. Loved sitting up in the deck. Great family style restaurant. I did the shrimp fajitas, kids did hamburgers — it all tasted great. We did deep fried pickles as an appetizers. It was okay — but really only Yvonne and I ate them. My kids don’t eat mixed foods

Such a good spot. Their chicken enchilada is so different and absolutely delish. Their service is fantastic, especially Matt. He caught an error made by the kitchen and corrected it before bringing out our meal. Even comped one of our meals, which was unnecessary but appreciated. We almost always stop here after hiking. You should too.

A lovable place in downtown Littleton. Come here for a quick drink, to watch a game, a date night, or a family get together. The service was very good. We had a very pregnant, very nice server wait on us. The food was divine and surprisingly there was no wait when we came in on a weekend night. It wasn’t overly loud compared to other bars in the area. The prices were very reasonable and the menu leaves you overwhelmed with outstanding options. Check this place out if you are in the area!

This is a fun place in downtown Littleton with a great patio and atmosphere. Split the fish tacos which were good. Service was fast and pleasant especially considering how busy the place was. This is a great summertime hangout with one of the better patios in Colorado.

This place is just fine. Really great remodel of an old brick service station! We had a group of 8, and were able to make a reservation. We were promptly seated and had great service, wight he server splitting our checks out– I always appreciate that. The food was good– burger fare and such. Our party tried several burgers, the fish tacos, the lobster mac & cheese, a tuna burger, and the«Avocado and Watercress Salad(better name: «Kale and Cabbage» salad). Of those, the burgers met with the highest accolades, and the Lobster Mac & Cheese was demolished. The salad eaters(me!) — we struggled with our mountains of kale in a never ending salad scenario. The salad was incredibly flavorful: Prosciutto, pomegranate ariels, whole hazelnuts. bits of avocado, bits of watercress, and LOADS of Cabbage and Kale in a tangy vinaigrette– really quite good! We noshed on those salads a good 45 minutes. Nice place! I will come back if I am in the hood.

I just really love the varied options here… From appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, BBQ, burgers, Mexican and even steaks and seafood! This is one of our go to spots because we always enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the consistency of the service and food. Better yet it is not a chain so the chef is usually offering up some good specials that are both varied and whenever i have ordered it is a good option — no disappointments Personal favorites in no particular order — mussels, Moscow mule options, Mark-a-rita, fried pickles, Ahi tuna(options), truffle fries, Bistro Bleu steak or salad, Mongolian Beef, BLAT sandwich. All are relish! I have a rewards card that earns me 5% for dollars spent and that is a note cw peek but that wouldn’t have to offer me that to get me to return again and again. Even the couple next to me raved about the consistently good food options. The service never seems to fall off even when it is super busy like tonight/Friday. They are supposed to have an awesome brunch… Just this is usually a stop for us on our way home after work, so have not tried it yet. I guess the only reason you shoulders come here is if you are just too picky and snotty to give it a try.

No reason to get excited about this place. Service was crap. I came in with two others on a Saturday afternoon when things were just winding down. The hostess hesitated to seat us even though there were plenty of tables open. Our server was okay. The food was completely disappointing. I wasn’t expecting anything mind blowing but when I ordered the Carolina bbq sandwich, I felt like I could have had a better sandwich at McDonald’s. The bread was so dry and fell apart as soon as you touched it. The bbq«sauce» was more like soup, and the truffle fries were so soaked in grease that you couldn’t even eat them. My friend had ordered the ancho steak sandwich that also had old dry bread and the meat just looked like scraps that you’d give your dog. He sent it back and got the chicken tacos instead. Basically, the only good part about our experience was our drinks. I would give this place another shot but it won’t be any time soon.
