We’ve lived all over, and gone to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory stores all over, too. I can’t recall a bad experience at any other in the past, but this one was just off. Our kids love the caramels — none would eat them from this location. I tasted them, and they were grainy and bitter. I always get the chocolate covered graham crackers, which seems pretty hard to mess up. Well, they got those, too. Ordered 2, got one and a half and the graham crackers weren’t fresh to boot.
I absolutely love RMCF, but we won’t be trying this one again.
