Had chad today and he is awesome. Answered all of our questions. Very very informative and friendly definitely recommend speaking with him. Still not a fan of adam seems like he is very uninterested in his job there. Would have given 5 stars but he was working and gave the store a negative vibe.

This location always seems to be oddly crowded around lunch time on Sundays. Not sure if it’s just that there are a lot of people for them to deal with, but the staff are not particularly helpful. I have come in a few times trying to decide on a phone upgrade, and always walked out empty-​handed. Maybe next time the staff will be more helpful, but I don’t have my hopes up.

This store IS horrible! I have had my business account with Sprint for over 10 years and have, luckily, not had any problems until I ventured into this store. I am now leaving Sprint to go to Verizon because of the unprofessional employees at this location. My phone was not working correctly and they gave me a refurbished phone. I have now had THREE refurbished phones and this one is now resetting itself throughout the night. I spoke to them concerning this and they said they would be more than happy to order me another REFURBISHED phone! Are you kidding me!!! I have paid for insurance on my phones for TEN years and have not claimed anything, ever. Guess if I had a problem earlier I wouldn’t have stayed with them for 10 years. I am completely done with Sprint. iPhone here we come :)
