Willie helped plan our wedding 5 years ago, our wedding was fantastic and I could sit back, relax and actually enjoy my wedding day. When the time came to plan my husband’s surprise birthday party I knew I needed help pulling off a big surprise party while also working, having a husband that often works from home, and having a 2 year old. Of course I thought of Willie. I called her and immediately felt like everything was under control. She is so respectful and conscientious of budget, she gave me options, helped me find a venue that fits our style and taste, negotiated and thought of all the little details, helped me set-​up and tackled the tasks I either couldn’t or just flat out didn’t want to deal with, so I too could enjoy the party with our friends and family. The party was a huge surprise for my husband and an immense hit with all of our guests!
Willie is so flexible, she can help with venue, food, creative and special touches to make the event truly yours, set-​up, clean-​up, vendors, helping to delicately manage and direct family and friends, all while respecting and helping you bring to life your vision within your budget. She has saved us so much money on our events! Seriously she is a pro negotiator and just thinks of all the details that make the day special while allowing you to sit back, relax and know that everything is under control because she is there.
