kirit & tanya are the best, professional mail& print center in all of livermore they do special vellum inserts for invitations to notarizing docs’ etc
they go out of their way to ship fragile items perfectly & give great service always !!

Same vibe in this place rude business owner, always trying to nickel and dime a customer. Came in last week to find a new employee working and I was making copies and he was talking to his employee so rude telling her what’s wrong with you, I almost said something we will see how long she puts up with him. He’s really not a true business man at all very rude, disrespectful to women and by far cheap I hope this business gets shut down.

Came in on a Friday at almost 5pm. Kirit (the owner) took great care of me and got my docs notarized and mailed off in time! Will definitely come here again…

We use them for basic printing and shipping services. Very convenient location for use. For more advance printing I still go with FedEx. If you are just looking to print, fax, or drop of for delivery this is a convenient option.

NEGATIVE STARS!
Douche bag attempted to charge me $ 5.00 to tape a package! When I refused he then suggested $ 3.00. I refused to pay anything!
Who knows how many people he has ripped off making up fees as he chooses. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

I sent a package via UPS from AIM. When it arrived several items were missing and things were in a different box, clearly repackaged by UPS. The folks at this store helped me process my claim and were incredibly helpful. I don’t know what UPS’s malfunction was, but the mail store handled it very well.

I have been doing business with this Aim Mail Center for the past 6 – 8 years. Since it opened. Not only are they very helpful, kind and efficient, but every time I walk in they call me by name! Wow! Who gets that kind of service? I ship at the holidays and occasionally during the year. I am not in every day or even every month so it blows me away when they call me by name. Aside from that, they are honest about shipping costs and helpful in suggesting the most economical or quickest route depending on my needs. Thanks Aim for all your help.

Use them all the time and I’ve never had a problem. FEDEX, UPS, faxing, mailboxes… all the usual stuff. They take great care in packing items. I recently sent back my son’s xbox to the hardware wizards at Microsoft (note the sarcasm) for it’s weekly repair and was pleased with the job they did as well as the price.
