Got my new Samsung Galaxy Prevail here! It’s been about a week now and I’m super happy with my phone so far. Everyone at the Boost store was very helpful in finding the right phone for my budget. The selection is not massive, but they have most of the popular models that everyone has come to know including iphones and androids. Since I switched over from my old carrier I got a nice discount on my new phone and the payments are slightly cheaper than what I was paying before. Only thing I disliked is when they kept asking if I wanted extra accessories. I told them I was on a budget so why would they think I needed all this extra stuff?

Jose helped me out BIG time! I was in a rush needed a phone because my old one was stolen and he got me in and out in a decent amount of time. He offered some really good suggestions, he didn’t rush me and he wasn’t one of the pushy«car sales» men type that you run into when going to buy a new phone. Awesome service! A+

After a recent experience at the Boost Store in Livermore, I can only say avoid this place at all cost. I recently had simultaneous iPod and iPhone repairs completed. At first the store offered a great price, quick turnaround, and without the obnoxious wait times and reservation system of the Apple Store. The problem happened when they had the wrong part in stock for the iPod repair. A quick phone call and I could have picked it up and found somewhere else to get it repaired, but nobody bothered to call. Instead I had to stop back in person several hours later and only got a promise that they’d get the right part the next morning and get it repaired first thing. Almost 30 hours later and – you guessed it – no phone call. So again I stopped by the store in person. Rather than a repaired iPod, I found out that the repair person had broke the new screen when installing it on the iPod. Not sure when this had happened, but a simple courtesy phone call might have saved me a drive across town or given me the chance to take the iPod somewhere else to repair. And yes, yet again they promised to track down the part, and that they’d call me before the store closed that night to provide an update. What happened next, you ask? Surprise, there was no phone call giving me an update that night! In fact, yet another day goes by and I don’t hear a single thing from these guys(how many times do I need to get fooled before it’s «shame on me»?). So once again I had to call and track down the repair person, and then get to hear them lament about how the«had to finish the repair after hours». There was not one single apology for all of the inconvenience they had caused me; somehow it was my fault for them not having the right part in stock, breaking it when they finally found it, and never bothering to call me *one* *single* *time* over the course of three days. I’m not sure if this gets chalked up to incompetence or just terrible customer service, but either way the only way I would ever recommend Boost Mobile in Livermore to someone is if I was trying to ruin their day.
