Hugo Boss Factory Store

Typical good service from Boss, in fact, great considering it’s an outlet.
Just remembered to write this review as preparing for a nice suit to wear for tmrw’s restaurant event, and what do you know, a brand-​new suit that I’ve forgotten to get altered.
Quite upsetting actually, gained a few lbs in the tire area lol.
Square layout as usual, casual golf shirts at front, cashier on right, with the dress shirts in the back. Seems to be the standard layout here lol. Good choice of ties.
Store itself located in the back with the other premium stores.

At the behest of my co-​worker, who absolutely loves this store (and the HB brand in general), I decided to stop in and take a look.
I’m glad I did.
The Selection:
This store, while not massive, does have a great selection. They have plenty of jeans, dress/​casual shirts and sweaters. Their shoe selection was limited, which was a bit disappointing. I do like the way they have their jeans arranged though. I was able to find my size in the shade I was looking for very quickly.
The Staff:
The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. I was checked on a couple of times and they made sure I found everything I was looking for. At checkout, I was put on a Hugo Boss profile list, to alert me to any offers they may have related to my specific choices. Before placing my items in the bag, they were folded with extreme care. That was a first but almost to be expected at a high end retailer. so it was a nice touch.
Bottom Line:
If you like Hugo Boss, you’ll like this store. Great prices, decent discounts and friendly staff. If your not sure you’ll like Hugo Boss, visit this store and you will.

Get Shaun to help you. You will look like a mill and have the benefit of excellent customer service. Very happy.

I had a fantastic experience shopping at the Hugo Boss outlet store today, all because of the store general manager, Caroline Lopez. She was helpful and respectful, going to the trouble to check her inventory for my size, even though the store was packed on a Saturday of the Memorial Day Weekend. After the sale, I asked Caroline to recommend a tailor for alterations, and she went to the back to get me a business card of the seamstress she always uses. In short, she went out of her way to provide superior customer service. I purchased a beautiful suit, and I would come back to Hugo Boss again, as long as Caroline is there to help me.

I don’t shop at «high end» stores like this often, but with the image that they go for, they could at least have an educated staff. Even at the GAP, the staff is knowledgeable about what they have in stock. Here, I asked for a simple grey t shirt, which the guy that was helping me said they didn’t have. Then after walking around for 3 minutes, I found one. It made me feel like either he was not on top of their selection or that he just thought I didn’t belong there because I don’t look like the atypical Hugo Boss customer. Either way, poor customer service = unhappy customer.

The black lady working here needs to be replaced. I heard her making jokes about a customer from far away to another worker.
I always heard how great Hugo Boss treats you when you buy their product. Well I bought one today for the first time. The cash register area was empty. The black lady came. No greetings, no «thanks», no nothing. Just asked me for the money amount. I’ve received better customer service at a store in China town. At least they thank you at the end.
That said, I do love the quality and style of Hugo Boss clothing.

I hate this store. My boyfriend and I were looking for a suit for an upcoming wedding and we decided to go to Paragon Outlets. When we walked into Hugo Boss we were not greeted by anyone whatsoever, nor did any employee try to assist us until WE asked questions. We were willing to spend upwards to $ 2,000 on a suit, but since it did not look like we had money, no one cared to help us. It’s sad seeing just how superficial these people were. I strongly recommend not giving this store ANY business.

Another good store at the Paragon outlets. Great clothes, place to go if you want to spoil yourself. Very friendly and helpful employees.
