Pro Touch

While I was in Livermore for business, I got into an accident and damaged my bumper, hood, and my power steering pressure hose failed. When I googled auto body shops nearby while waiting on the tow truck, I was lucky to find Pro Touch on the top of the list. I’ve never had a good experience at body/​paint shops before but this place was great! As soon as I walked into the office, a man named Shawn greeted me and showed his concern and how he could possible help me. Right away he ordered the part for me from a dealer and had it shipped to the shop. My 911 was stored along side another Porsche, Benz, and I even saw a beautiful Maserati that needed some front body work. I was very impressed with the high end vehicles that were present in their shop and felt a bit more comfortable that my car was in good hands. In about two days, my car was fixed and I was ready to go.
I live about 15 miles from Pro Touch but believe me when I tell you I do drive that distance for any of my car needs. I had an amazing experience my first time there and every visit after that. I should have written this review a few months ago but unfortunately couldn’t get around to it. But I wanted to finally share one of my first experiences and visits with Pro Touch with everyone here who is curious about them. I would truly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great quality and efficient fix to any vehicle. I found out that it is a family owned business so you know they genuinely care about the service they provide to all customers. Shawn is my go to painter and I will never go any place else. You’re the man Shawn! Thanks again for everything and I’ll see you the next time I need a fix!

I was referred over to this place by \my friend. I needed my bumper to be worked on, it had heavy scratches on it. These guys made me feel comfortable right away and I had confidence in their work. They did an excellent job on my camaro and It was quick! I didn’t have to call them over and over and get a new excuse everytime! I would highly recommend this place. They are trustworthy, fast and have very fair prices!

I brought my Porsche 911 in last week for them to fix the bumper and two wheels. The work was impeccable. The car was finished in a day and a half. I didn’t know places like this existed. A great time and money saver. I will be telling all my friends and family about this place!
