The employee was slow and rude. He spent the duration of all the transactions I observed talking and joking with his older friend who was just standing around the store for some reason.

I asked for the tuna sandwich and the girl didn’t put any TUNA by the time I received my sandwich. I wasn’t sure if I saw right. At that point I just left because I was in a rush. The other employee or owner I don’t know which started cleaning up with a rag and I saw particles of food drop into the toppings. It didn’t seem sanitary at all. I probably won’t go back to that one ever.

I don’t know when subway started pumping pure Christian Rock and the station preaching about how god is good… The station ID is KLove. But it’s been like this for the last two months and it’s horrible. I miss the old employees and the friendly smiles. I just can’t see myself coming to this location anymore and hope the rest of the locations aren’t doing the same.

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Decided a quick sandwich on my home after work would be good. Stopped by around 820pm. No staff was even around. Had to announce that I was there. The employee wasn’t listening to anything that I was saying. He was on his talking to someone on his headphone. First, I tell him that I want a footlong, he pulls out a 6 inch. Next, I ask for toasted. He then pulls the sandwich out way before the toaster went off. Asked for light sauce. He completely drenched my sandwich. At that point, I didn’t care, and just wanted out. Paid the money, got my sandwich. Just hoping it doesn’t make me sick. Nothing really looked fresh either. So I picked the few veggies that didn’t look bad. And when did subway, start having guacamole in a plastic bag?

This place is filled with the creepiest employees. The things they said to my girlfriend while she was there getting a sandwich is completely inappropriate. Talking to each other in whichever Indian dialect it was, making offensive gestures to each other and laughing? Ridiculous. I’m going to complain to their corporate office and report them to the BBB. Hopefully the owner of this place has integrity and will take action on employees acting like this.

Just came back from there a few minutes ago. Cannot believe the rude and unfriendly service I was given. No eye contact, no smile, no greeting. Nothing. Just plain rude. Sandwich is good but there are other subways in town, they now have my business. I used to really like the young man who worked there for several years. Sweet, friendly and helpful. This guy. Even after I politely pointed out that he was rude and unfriendly he gave me a shrug and a fake smile and a fake thumbs up. Dismissing me. What a jerk. I want to return when the manager is there to try and point his out. Hope it doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

I came to this Subway expecting perfection, and I left reeking of dissappointment. It all starts with your first steps into the Antarctic chilled winds smelling of burnt cheese and chloroform. As you continue your way up to the bar, the so-called«friendly sandwich maker» gives you a slight frown. I understand that minimum wage and serving grumpy, hungry humans is nothing to smile about; but enthusiasm is a sacrifice that must be made now and then. Anyways, I had commenced my very fluid routine of ordering a Spicy Italian, and asked for pepper jack cheese– toasted– and every vegetable/fruit they offer. So far so good. nothing else has happened to change my vision of the place… or so I thought! Finally, sandwich in one hand and empty cup in the other, I began to test their limited array of sodas. With one taste of the unsweetened tea, I was sure that they simply took the Kraken’s piss and some other assorted plastic forks and blended that together to make their«healthy» tea. Even the chlorinated Diet Coke was better than their«tea». Halfway through my satisfactory sandwich, I realized that the robots at the counter(I’ve decided that is a suitable name for them) forgot to add the beloved pepper jack cheese. Not only does the cheese add about 1.25 to the total price, but without it, I could actually taste the 3 day old, stale bread. Overall, although I did not enjoy my stay, the somewhat reasonably priced food, and 4/5-air bag of chips, I was able to eat quickly enough to escape the awkward seating arrangement and continue with my life.

Holy moly! This dining experience was so incredible uncomfortable, I had to leave as fast as my food was ready. I almost felt like leaving on the middle of sandwich preparation. My boyfriend and I came in at 9:30pm to get dinner(because rock house had closed already. It was a our first choice). We settled on Subway and I regretted it the moment Deep grunted his greeting at us. He was glaring at us as we ordered and was making our food. He looked like he absolutely hated having customers interrupt his nothingness. Deep really needs to improve his customer service skills. Even if you don’t want to be there, you fake it so the customer has a pleasurable dining experience. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I enjoyed my chips and soda.(The sandwich wasn’t that good.)

Well like all manufaturing processes if the output is what you exepect it’s good. That is subway. Nothing speicila to say it’s an assembly line. But it produces OK sandhwiches. Store was clean, and staff not friendly but cordial.

It’s no secret that most a subways are cheap, stingy, and shady. This location takes it to another level, borderline illegal level. I went in to pick up a sandwich after grocery shopping. Of course, I had to ask for a bit more of all the produce because apparently 6 olives is good enough for a foot long. Here’s where the real problem came in. I got a $ 5 foot long(not toasted) and three cookies for $ 1.59. My total was coming to $ 7.50. Me: wait, why is it $ 7.50? Shouldn’t it be like $ 6.70? Deep: your sandwich is $ 5.45 plus tax. Me: it says on the board the cold cut combo is $ 5. Deep: oh yes yes. $ 5 plus tax. Me: why is there tax? It’s not toasted. In CA there isn’t tax on cold sandwiches. I don’t get charged tax on cold sandwiches at any other subway. Deep: ok ok. For you today, no tax. Your total is $ 6.70. Me: but there shouldn’t be tax ever. I pay and just then the woman(probably owner or manager) comes around the counter. I asked her if she knew why there was tax. She looked at my receipt and told me I wasn’t charged tax. I told her I was going to be charged tax until I pointed out the problem. The employee I dealt with was Deep according to his name tag. My guess, this location tries to charge tax on everything and pockets it because the state isn’t going to collect tax on cold sandwiches. Either way, very shady, and illegal. I won’t come back to this location.

I work right down the way and this place is pretty good. Besides the language barrier they know how to make a great sandwich. Same as any other Subway but is convienent & is next door to the European wax center massage envy and the joint(chiropractic place). So im always around!

The overhead sign board clearly stated $ 3.00 for a steak and cheese breakfast sandwich, I was chrged $ 3.50, when I brought this up to the cashier, she stated«that was what was in the computer», I showed her where the sign said $ 3.00, she said again«thats what is in the computer», I then proceeded to take a picture of the sign, she then said fine, here’s fifty cent’s, it was to get me out of the line. I won’t be back to this store, sorry I inconvenienced your establishment with my patronage. Won’t happen again.

Staff was a little hard to understand and seemed sort of tired about the whole thing. I can’t blame you I guess, I’d be a little«meh» too if I were several hours into a shift making sandwiches for people, but if you’re gonna take on a front-of-the-house job like this, you gotta look alive. Meatball marinara I had was good but the lady wasn’t super generous with the sauce. She proportioned the condiments perfectly though. Overall not the best experience I’ve had at a Subway but certainly a sufficiently satisfying one.

I go here all the time. Friendly staff, good sandwiches. One problem though — these guys have messed up my orders many many times. I realize they’re busy, usually working on a ton of orders at the same time. But c’mon. Italian Breakfast Melt does not mean ham sandwich. Not even close.

My husband and I stopped in for a sandwich last night. We ordered a Tuscan Chicken Melt with all the fixing. Unfortunately, the bread was not cooked thoroughly. It left us disappointed. I don’t know if we will be back to this Subway location.

Review for the chain not this location– I have always hated subway because I don’t eat meat and there veggie sandwich has mainly consisted of lettuce! Recently I was at the airport and hungry decided what the heck I will try subway. Thank you subway for finally getting it, I mean it wasn’t the best but it was better! They finally have avocado!!! What took so long!!! The sandwich had more cheese, more veggies, and avocado. Not just lettuce! I now would be willing to eat here when I have too.

Nice sandwiches, affordable price, convenient location. Since I frequent this location with my family on occasion I would have to recommend this place. Sandwiches are made quickly and the ingredients look fresh. Not every Subway are alike, though they should be. This establishment isn’t suspiciously dark with carefully chosen lights bulbs off. Nor does this place deny having water cups or close the restrooms to customers. I do sense a little tension from the staff when I do not order a combo with my $ 5 sub. Once, one of the staff growled at me for refusing a combo. This seems to be the culture of Livermore Subway restaurants. I often order and share a $ 5 foot long and a cheese pizza with my wife and daughter. Together, they make a good combination getting more flavor without the unhealthy chips.
