I am actually embarrassed to admit that today was the first time I have gone to Mazzy’s Meat Market. I have lived in Liverpool for over 40 years and just assumed it would just be very expensive.
They are much more than a butchers. They are a delicatessen and small groceries. The people are very knowledgeable and passionate about providing a high quality product at reasonable prices.
I was very pleased with today’s visit. Mazzy’s will become my weekly visit when I am out on route 57 running errands.

Stopped at Mazzy’s for several reasons. 1.) To support a local business. 2.) To try their meats (I had heard good things) and 3.) To try something different than Wegman’s, Nichols, etc.
I was initially dismayed by the disinterested, unfriendly service (a young blonde girl).
I purchased a 1lb. Ribeye steak (for dinner) and a sandwich (for lunch).
The sandwich was average.
THE STEAK WAS TERRIBLE! Full of gristle and smelled old (not fresh)
DO NOT GO TO MAZZY’S. IT IS AWFUL.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ANYONE WHO ASKS, THAT THE SERVICE AND QUALITY ARE TERRIBLE.

This is a great place to buy fresh meat, local made Italian bread, pot pies, and try their home made Italian sausage. A true full service butcher. Special orders is what they do best.

GREAT place for a sandwich. One of the only deli’s that I’ve been to in Syracuse that actually has a full line of Boar’s head. The price is reasonable for a meat-​filled sub and they also carry a lot of little niche items in their store, which is cool.
I’ve never used Mazzye’s for any of their meats, but a co-​worker of mine got one of their mix-​and-​match platters and said the quality and price was fantastic.

We have gotten meat here for the past 20 years. Service is great, and if it isn’t out, they will go in the back and get whatever you need.
This is the only place I can get Allen’s chicken productsand Boar’s Head deli meats.
