The front desk lady especially Lucieville? is very rude and intentionally puts you on hold for along time or if she doesn’t want to give you an appointment, she intentionally tells you, you have appointment but when you go there, the hair stylist is booked. Once it room me 3 weeks to make appointment and when I call back with another front desk lady, she gave me appointment right away. Try to avoid this salon, they think they are the best but they are not. FE
