I simply do not understand how you can have a coffee shop, with advertising up in multiple places for Salted Caramel Mocha coffee drinks, and NOT have the ability to make the Salted Caramel Mocha!!! Then… on top of running out of the ingredients for the salted caramel mocha you don’t have the ingredients for a White Chocolate Mocha either. I’m sorry, I hate giving one star reviews, but if you can’t MAKE the coffee you advertise and I have to walk away empty handed then I don’t really have a choice.

Was so excited to get a frappacino and walked up to the counter to order it. I was told only brewed coffee and tea. I asked why and I was told espresso machine was closed down for the day. I looked at my watch and the mall was open for another hour and a half. Pissed me off! I waited on people all day and got last minute customers too. Just wanted something for me!

Only visited this location once, even though I frequent this mall at least once or twice a month. My issues are with the cleanliness and complacency of the workers. I ordered a drink, paid first, and thought that after handling my cash that the employee would either wash his hands or put on gloves because he had just walked over from another, different register where he was touching money immediately beforehand. No gloves, no handwashing, which was unnerving, but meh, I figured it was only a coffee drink. The young man made the drink and unfortunately burned his hand in the process. To cool his burn, he did the instinctive thing and sucked on his finger — which works when you’re at home, not when you are in a food service environment. He continued making the drink, then handed it to my husband. When I explained my displeasure and hesitancy to take this drink, I got«the look», but he went ahead and made another drink. My husband watched him apply hand sanitizer, but the employee still didn’t wash his hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the replacement drink. No apology was given, and he just handed over the drink wordlessly and without any sense of what he did was bad form. After all of that, the drink wasn’t even that great or tasty. Oh well. I’ll stick to Dunkin’ Donuts downstairs or Starbucks up the street on Route 10 when I want a coffee fix.

Pretty good coffee. Best in the mall, and a decent selection of pastries. Seasonal coffees are really good, especially the winter/holiday brews. They don’t always have these but when they do, they’re worth a try.
