Sleepy’s

The sales person was unbelievable and really knew he mattresses! He was patient and explained to us the various differences regarding each mattress. My husband and I love our bed-​it is the most comfortable thing! Thank you for helping us find the perfect mattress

I’ve always bought from Sleepy’s but my most recent experience with this store was utterly painful. This is strictly based on our experience at this store with the service we received. The selection is pretty good, though much of what they offer on their website is not available in all stores. Our salesperson made the experience so difficult with his long-​winded stories, failure to deliver on promotional promises and informing of us of options (i.e. return policies, box spring sizes, etc.). He called our home 2x a day for over a week, leaving message after message about our purchase. He was preoccupied many times, as he was always the only salesperson in the store and there actually were a handful of other customers in the store every time we went (didn’t know so many people shopped for beds!). After everything, we didn’t even like the mattress he sold us and it didn’t fit with our frame. We ended up doing an exchange through another store with a salesperson who far more competent and confident. This store made buying my bed one of the most stressful and excruciating experiences ever.
