When coming in to receive assistance regarding current disability issues, my husband was completely humiliated in front of the entire office by Dr Jackson. Dr knows nothing of my husband’s previous surgeries and requirements and literally told him he doesn’t believe anything is wrong with him — my husband who has been receiving surgical evaluations, who has undergone three surgeries to date so far, and who has been enduring epidural and steroid shots since the beginning of the year. My husband simply wanted a referral thru Botsford instead of St Mary’s and for a medical professional to look through his disability paperwork — he wanted help, all he got was humiliated. I have been a patient of the office for over 20 years myself and will go to a dirt doctor on the street before I set foot back in that unprofessional, rude, disgusting office again. He gives other doctors in there like Dr Barb, whom I adore, a really bad name, and I’m sorry I won’t see her again, but this treatment is unacceptable.
