Hottest spot in Lockhart. Grab some BBQ, and play some games. You simply cannot beat that experience.

I can only describe this place as nostalgia on steroids. I have had the pleasure of visiting this place on three different occasions. Each time better than the last. Inside you will find a variety of coin op games from 80’s and on with inventory constantly changing. If you get a chance speak to the owner. He’s a great guy and is always willing to help you out. You can tell he puts his all into this place and he’s having a great time doing it. They also custom build machines for your home. If your in Lockhart for the bbq drop by this place. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a sweet spot to hang out at in downtown Lockhart across from the big courthouse(apparently they used to be outside of downtown). So they are just a walk away from all the BBQ joints and antique stores. There’s a big variety of arcade games and consoles like Xbox, PS4, etc. The employees there are super chill. The best part is that there’s a $ 6.99 cover and you can play all the games your heart desires! My tween nephews love it and I like going with friends.

Located in a strip mall just out of downtown Lockhart, this arcade packs many machines in a small space. It is open mostly on the weekends, check the website for the latest information. A fee of $ 6.99 per person gets you in the arcade for as long as it is open. Considering how many quarters you might go through in 2 hours at a pay-per-game arcade, the price is not bad. The arcade has one of the most diverse collection of machines I’ve seen. From what looked to be an original 1983-ish Track & Field machine to newer machines like the crowd-pleaser Tokyo Cop complete with tilting racing chair. Adults will find a machine that reminds them of the 80s or early 90s such as an original Tetris. Children will enjoy playing old and newer games they may have never seen before. They even had 5 ski-ball machines set up when I went. The only thing I thought was missing were a few pinball machines, but there was really no place to put them in the space. Also I didn’t see any overly violent games for parents concerned with that. Like any arcade some machines are down for repairs but I got the impression, since the owner also sells and buys arcade cabinets, that the game selection changes constantly. If you came to Lockhart for the BBQ, this place is definitely a fun little hidden gem that the family might enjoy.
