Amazing Grace!
I can’t say enough about Grace Episcopal Church Thrift Shop! I bought a pair of leather pants that were so hottt! Unfortunately, I dont fit in leather pants so I just take them out every now and again and hold them up to my sweats and pretend. They smell just like a old purse I once had. There are lots of cloths, even in drawers, and books’ and jewelery, too! The jewelerys’ not expensive, either! the ladies there are friendly there and I like to say hello, among other things. They even have old packs of pantyhoses! Watch for their sale that comes every now and again I see it in the paper. Gramma loves this store because she finds stuff from when she was a kid.
PROS: Lots of great stuffs at great prices! And clean!
CONS: Not open at all hours.

The people at Grace Church Thrift Shoppe treat you with kindness and selflessness. The clothes are very nice and very clean. However, I have never bought clothing from Grace because none are suitable for someone in their twenties. Their clothing are for the more mature women, men, and little children. I understand that’s who donates, so this is not a complaint. I just want to spread that bit of info incase that is what you are searching for. I know people are always on the hunt for good kids clothes and toys and Grace Thrift is a good place to start.
It’s their other knick knacks that I find desirable. Things like glassware, books, CD’s, vinyl records, and various other items. They actually have a lot of craft items, such as yarn or knitting needles. Vinyl records are perfect for sculptures, book binding, or crafting bowls. I am always on the lookout for things I can alter. Baskets are really expensive in stores, but you can buy then for 10 cents at thrift stores. What’s great about the Grace Church Thrift is that they have bag sales. Meaning — you fill all you can in one bag and pay a flat price. You can also find unique jewelry, such as sweater clips. Believe, sweater clips are not that easy to find at a decent price.
What’s notable about Grace Thrift are their workers. They’re probably volunteers, but they are very sweet and genuine people. No matter where I go, I always want to be comfortable and Grace helps accomplish that. With Grace Thrift, I am always treated with kindness. I also find the customers very friendly too. It’s not often that I engage in conversation with strangers, but I often overhear the conversation costumers have with the workers at Grace Church Thrift Shoppe. To me, that shows how sweet and welcoming the people are. I wish everyone could be as pleasant.
