Seriously, the best tacos I’ve ever had. Come to think of it, they also have the best burritos I’ve ever had. Service is always quick and my food is always exactly how I order it. I always get my food without cilantro and onions and they are always so good about leaving it off. The line can get long, but that just shows you how great their food is. Our friends had them cater their wedding and the food tasted exactly how it does on a regular visit. Consistency is always important to me, and this place definitely delivers. I always know what I’m getting and there are never any surprises. The truck always appears clean and the workers are always friendly. Prices are excellent and you get way more food than you’d expect. Tacos have plenty of meat and I usually get two meals out of the burrito. As I’m writing this, my mouth is watering and I’m now considering getting a burrito for dinner! Try this place and you will not be disappointed.

I used to love this place. It’s been amazing for when I worked right by where the taco truck is. I literally ate there every other day. It was delicious and orders were taken right. I ordered a veggie tostada and my tostada was dry with little stuff on it. It was as if I was eating the tostada by itself. Not even sour cream on it .if u are paying $ 4.50 for a tostada the least they could have done is made it right .I remember it being amazing but it’s gone so downhill. I came here again after a bad experience last time and I must say I’m still disappointed in it. Not my favorite anymore.

Checked this place out, and loved it. Their Asada tacos and Asada nachos are amazing and very affordable. Since moving from sac and missing Chandos Tacos, I think I have found a new taco truck that will help fill the hole in my heart.

LOVEIT! I came here after my father told me that these tacos were good. I must agree, these tacos were BOMB! The seasoning is perfect, The garnish was perfect! The salsas were not overly spicy just right! I ordered, asada, al pastor, cabeza and lengua. I came here thinking that I was going to get the tiny tortillas. Didnt expect the regular size tortilla lol. I didnt experience my al pastor overly greasy like some had mentioned. The price is a steal considering how much meat they give you. This place is definitely worth it and the price is great. The woman taking the order is super nice so that is a plus as well.

Pretty good food. I enjoyed the carne asana tacos. I just would like it to be more consistent every time I go there with my husband. Some days great and some days just ok.

The flavor was great! My Super burrito was full of tomatoes. Since when did they start that? All the prices were high. Super burritos $ 7.00. I’ll never go back.

Came here again after a few months of avoiding it because of the food quality last time aaand I should have stayed away. Yet again super greasy. Feels like a waste of money. Waited 15 minutes and what did I get? Cold tacos. How is this the best truck in town

Hands down the best taco truck experience … tacos, burritos and nachos are overloaded with meat and all the fillings one may ever desire … do yourself a favor and experience the best taco truck in Northern California.

This has to be one of the most consistent taco trucks in Lodi. Foods always seasoned and cooked to perfection and priced right for the portions. Tacos run 1.50 each and worth every cent(all 150 of’ em). Normally I like to work my through a menu when I find a good spot but the tacos are so good, it’s hard to stray!

Without a doubt, best taco truck in town. I ALWAYS have to get a lengua taco whenever I am there, even if I am not hungry. haha. Great portions, and carnitas on the weekends. Hard to argue with that.

**I had another LOADEDWITHMEAT pork TORTA today for lunch. It is my third from this outstanding taco truck. It is insane how much nice MEAT they put on it!!! ;) The nice pork is shredded & has sizable chunks of meat in it as well. It comes with only 2 thin slivers of avacado, which is a bummer because with all of the meat, you cannot taste them. You are better off to remove them and eat & enjoy them before you start consuming the massive torta. It comes on a thin, soft, fresh, tasty bun with mayo on one side. There is fresh shredded lettuce, one thin slice of tomato, diced onions & a dash of spicy red salsa on it. I ask for it without onions. I do love onions, but not on a torta. They do not put refried beans or cheese on their tortas, which I think is a bit odd. I do love some nice tasty refried beans smeared on one side of the bun. I added guacamole & shredded 3-cheese Mexican blend to my torta at hm. It is so so loaded with meat that I could not pick it up!!! I had to wrap the bottom half in the foil to get a grip on it, lol!!! ;) It is a very thick sandwich. Not thick because of the bun, like I explained above. The pork is a bit greasy, but not grease dripping out of the torta. I picked pieces out for my 3 furry babies while I was eating & my fingers got very greasy. It is, kind of, hidden grease. I will be ordering one of these again. ;) I believe they are only $ 5 bucks!!! Darn Carl’s Jr. charges more than that for a thin meat patty on a burger. Even Burger King is a rip off these days. You are better off going to this truck. Do try one of their nice tortas. ;) P. S.- The burritos are massive as well.

Simply the best taco truck ever! I order the asada tacos all the time. They are absolutely tasty. You can never go wrong with a taco truck with a constant line everyday.

Let me first say… I LOVETACOTRUCKS. In fact I have went to two this week in addition to this one. I came here after hearing about it from someone who said this was the best taco truck. I Unilocaled it and saw that they had won awards 4 years in a row for the best taco truck in Lodi, Ca, so I was sold. I drove the 25 minutest rom my place in Stockton to check it out. It was not bad, but I was disappointed. To me it was average at best, certainly not award winning. I ordered a pastor taco with sour cream and cheese and an asada burrito all meat, onions and cilantro and extra hot sauce. The taco was pretty good, but most anything taste great when you throw sour cream and cheese on it. The pastor was a bit salty but was ok, not better than most I have had. The tortillas used were larger than most and were very fresh. The burrito was just okay. The sauce was just okay and even though I ordered extra there wasn’t quite enough. I like my sauce a little spicier too. The tortilla was fresh. The asada had a good flavor but was salty too and a little greasier than I like. Here’s what I will say. There must have been a whole cow in that burrito. When I got it, it wasn’t very fat but was kind of long. I only made it through about 2⁄3 of the burrito before I was full. There was a lot of meat. Would I go back? Probably not. Not worth the drive. It wasn’t terrible but 8 out of 10 taco trucks in Stockton would put this truck to the street.

My favorite taco truck in Lodi! Although they get busy during lunch, its definitely worth the wait. Their carne asada is never dried out and it’s seasoned perfectly. My favorite is the carne asada taco supreme but I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

I came here because they had such good reviews. They have several awards posted on the truck. But I’m just not feelin’ it. Both the carne asada and al pastor were fine but nothing special. The salsa verde was gross. At least the horchata was good.

I’ve been here a few times and honestly, the asada has been dry and the customer service from the young girls taking orders has been unfriendly and apathetic at best. There is one taco truck nearby that is way better but so there is no confusion with me being a competitor or anything like that, I won’t mention their name. I will say they do serve birria! So 2 stars off for dry asada and lack of customer service. 1 extra star off because they are getting more and more expensive! $ 6 for a Taco Truck burrito?!? I know they won the local taco truck competition about 4 years in a row but my goodness. I honestly don’t see how that could happen. I really hope to taste some award winning food from here but they don’t serve it. Their food is okay hut definitely not award winning. I guess the award is relative to the judges. Try if you’d Ike but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Seriously, the BEST taco truck in town! I have tried many and not one compares to La Picosita. I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. The prices have gone up over the years but that’s inflation for you. I usually order their asada. Try it in a taco, a burrito, or tostada and I’m in. Their tacos are double wrapped in corn tortillas, filled with meat, onion, cilantro, and salsa. Perfection. You can get the burrito regular or supreme… my vote is supreme! All the goodness of the regular plus sour cream and cheese. They have carnitas on the weekends for a slight upcharge. I’ve had it twice and both times thought it was a little dry. Good flavor but dry, lime and salsa help. Limes and jalapenos are available upon request so don’t forget to ask! La Picosita is an all-time favorite of mine!

I lived in San Diego for 8 years and I have been around a ton of Mexican food during my stay there — when I came home my sister brought me to this taco truck! We ordered 3 carne asada and 1 steak taco! Very very surprised at how cheap and how big it was!!! The meat was super tasty and I loved how they didn’t skimp on the meat! Would love to come back to try the burrito and nachos! Btw, in San Diego, carne asada FRIES are very very popular and amazing! Toppings are the same as the nacho toppings + meat! Everyone in NorCal who has lived in San Diego miss it when we come home! Also we stick fries in our burritos too and it’s amazing! Consider it please! :)
