On occasion, the News Sentinel is inadvertently delivered to my doorstep, proving me an opportunity to see why I stopped my subscription that I held years ago. The small newspaper is filled with meaningless local news and feature stories, in addition to redundant international, national, and state news information that i could obtain from any number of sources.
The NS is not a bad small town newspaper; it is simply an example of our changing world, where print media, especially local, has to struggle to survive…
